Draught at The Ginger Man, NYC. Clear golden beer with a nice lasting offwhite head. Hoppy citrus aroma, grassy, hay, floral notes, peach, some grapes. Hoppy fruity flavor, quite yeasty, fruits are there but this yeast follows you through the beer. Unclean.

Great nose. Juicy fruit forward nose with citrus pine and tropical fruit. Flavor shows way too much heat for an 8% beer, otherwise this’d be fantastic.

Ibrew2or3 (8743) - Tempe, Arizona, USA - SEP 18, 2015
32oz crowler, courtesy of oRos, pours with a clear deep gold body that supports a white head of foam. The aroma offers up an even load of mango, cantaloupe, and earthy spicy onion dankness well above a thin layer of maltiness. The flavor bursts with juicy mango and cantaloupe like tropical fruit notes amid a fierce sea of bitter spicy onion earthy hoppy love. To midway the hops swell and take on a resiny pine hop sensation that drives the experience right to the edge of sanity. Oh my, this doesn’t mess around. This is a hop head’s dream come true and is scratching a nice double IPA hoppy itch.

Tap at the Yolo Microbrewfest. Pours gold with a slight white head. Aroma hints at dank, but it’s mostly a lot of seemingly mixed citrus. Near full bodied. Flavor is complex citrus with a dank touch. Bitter finish. Pure Knee Deep.

On tap at the brewery. First whiff the aroma was really dank. Now it’s a little more mellow. Maybe tropical. The flavor is a nice balance of sweet and bitter, very drinkable. Finishes dry and oily.
