Clear medium to dark amber color with a average, frothy, good lacing, mostly lasting, off-white head. Aroma is moderate to light heavy malty, roastedm nutty, bread and chocolate notes. Flavor is moderate to light heavy sweet and light to moderate bitter with a average to long duration. Body is medium to light, texture is oily to watery, carbonation is soft. 
50 cL bottle, courtesy of fonefan. Pours clear and golden deep amber with a fully gone head. Smooth roasted malt to breadish aroma. Medium sweet, light liqourice and roasted malt. Deep ambery colour wuth mediumsized foamy beige head. Nice lace. Arom ais wood, some smoke, mild nuttyness as well as some ryebready notes. Flavour is wood, syrup, wooden as well as mildly ryebready notes. Slight roast and smoked notes as well.

Bamberg Bash, Day 1. Brewpub draft. Clear deep red - amber beer, small pale cream coloured head. Palate is crispy and semi dry. Clean dark caramel malt, touch of cream. Whispers of esters and dried fruits. Light airy finish.
