Cristobal37 (1142) - Budapest, HUNGARY - APR 22, 2017
On tap at Kneitinger Keller, Regensburg. Light yella, somewhat blank aroma, but great satisfying bitterness. Lasts into the finish. Really great pils to sip any day.

0,33 l Flasche. Aroma: hopfig, grasig, herb, leicht malzig. Gesamt: edles Pils.

Ritzn (1380) - GERMANY - JAN 7, 2017
Clear golden with little white head. Aroma is sour corn, hay, peas, cooked vegetables. Taste is sour corn again with some noble hop bitterness. Medium carbonation with some alcohol and grass in the finish. Not good.

(bottle) Clear, pale golden colour with a blond mid-sized foamy head. Slightly grainy malty aroma with notes of white bread and a tinge of grassy hops. Sweet-bitter flavour, light to medium bodied with a modest carbonation. Slightly doughy and grainy malty base with mineralic spots and a mildly grassy hoppy touch; almost dry sweet-bitter doughy malty and slightly grassy hoppy finish. Comes close to a Helles. 27.XII.16

bierkoning (13352) - La Tropica/Doarp, NETHERLANDS - AUG 23, 2016
Bottle. Blonde. Soft grassy oily aroma. Grassy oily soft hopbitter flavor. Malty. medium bodied. Has flavor and character, but is not an easy drinker.

heavy (2817) - Split, CROATIA - JUN 2, 2016
Aug. ’15. A 0.5 l bottle shared with Marko. It poured a yellow body with a small head. Aroma was light, grainy dusty and lemony. Flavor definitely had some weird bitterness but it was overwhelmed with sweet eggy honey pale malt. Molasses note, we commented how alcoholic it seemed. Medium bodied with long, I wrote boring, finish. Weird and quite messy, didn’t like this one and I’m surprised to see some high ratings here.

Nevalainen (769) - FINLAND - MAY 28, 2016
Clear pale color with tiny white head. Aroma is malty, grainy. Taste is medium bitter. Very tasty and nice pilsener. I would recommend this beer to everyone.

Idiosynkrasie (7508) - Bielefeld, GERMANY - APR 20, 2016
330ml bottle [Thanks Maddie for this one!]. Clear, yellow-ish, pale golden colour with average to huge, frothy, fairly lasting, minimally lacing, snow-white head. Mildly grainy and strawy, pale malty aroma, bitter hoppy overtones with cautious grassy-spicy touch. Taste is moderately bitter hoppy, minimally strawy, pale malty basis with subtle sweetness and minimally grainy touch, grassy hoppy spiciness. Well carried out, classic Pilsener.

Bottle @ Hopfen & Malz, Berlin. Pours clear pale yellow with a white head. Egg, grass and vegetables. DMS. BB 10/16.

TAR (2760) - Blue Ridge Mountains, North Carolina, USA - MAR 15, 2016
Draught at the brewpub, Nov. 2015: Shimmering pale golden. Clean and mineralic aroma of grass and newly cured haystacks, with hints of herbal hops, cracker and honey. Snug, soft, fine carbonation. Bright, green hop flavors reveal an appetizing array of elegant spicy notes, which sizzle as the oils quietly ooze. Very polished and multilayered pils malt shows fresh baked baguette atop a pastrylike richness and vanilla cookie accents. Malt is incredibly snappy yet chock full of pillow-soft textures. Grassy hop brightness is seamlessly interwoven with the pils malt which recalls curing hay. Minerals parallel the scratchy herbality. Snappy and toasty finish is adorned with grass, herbs and dabs of spice. A fantastically clean pils that does everything correctly. All it needs is a bit more of everything and I’d be in heaven. Another quality lager from a brewery that excels at making clean beer.
