Bottle, courtesy of beerhunter111. Thanks HP! Pours a frothy, lasting white head on a clear golden body. Grass, hay, grains, some barnyard, wet earth, citric notes come in later. Light sweetness, mineralic, medium bitterness. Finish with crackers, mixed with lasting bitterness and mineralic water. Slick medium body with tingly carbonation. Nice. Kinda rough, but also very slick and drinkable. Saeglopur (2582) - Vienna Woods, AUSTRIA - JAN 4, 2018

500 ml botzle from Landbierparadies webshop, bb 21-01-18.
Dark golden to amber, clear body, with a big, gluffy, slightly rocky, light yellow head.
Aroma like a summer meadow, with flowers, grass, hay, grains, some fresh herbs, bread, subtle sweetness.
Tastes quite similar, with a smooth, moderately sweet malt body, with some toast, some fruits.
Medium, a bit oily mouthfeel, with a lively carbonation.
Finishes very smooth, moderate bitter, a bit dry, floral, hoppy, herbal, grassy, a bit bready, subtly sweet.
Tasty! Very quaffable, perfectly balanced stuff, with a clean and rustic character that reminds me of a mountain meadow in summer, supported by a smooth, creamy malt body. Rich and refreshing at the same time. One of the best Märzen lagers I've had so far, exactly how I like this style!
Tap at Lambiczoon, Milan. Clear golden colour. White foam. Honey, malty, apricot fruity, something almost smoky in there. Dusty and woody taste, short sweetness, noble hop notes. A fair bit going on. jinroh (2727) - ESTONIA - DEC 28, 2017
Bottle from my Secret Santa 2017, thank you Beerhunter111! Pours nice creamy orange with a decently fluffy foam head that actually stays for a while. Nose is malty, feeling even a bit heavy and stuffed. Light biscuity feel to it, touch of grassy noble hops, maybe a hint of yeast spices. Taste is also more then medium bodied - regardless of its relatively low abv. Biscuity and herbal hop character with some yeast spice thing going on also here. Clean and fresh, quite enjoyable classical take on the style. Light bitter linger, relatively dry finish. motthes (848) - GERMANY - DEC 20, 2017
SinH4 (7281) - Garching b. München, GERMANY - NOV 25, 2017
UPDATED: NOV 29, 2017 Tap into a Steinkrug. Aroma is earthy, bready, quite rustic. Taste is earthy, bready, rustic, a touch barnyard, bitter earthy and mineralic finish. Silky mouthfeel with natural carbonation. Rustic and tasty! jonas (8796) - Garching b. München, GERMANY - NOV 25, 2017
Tap at brewery. Farty rural mineral nose. Chewy juicy malt body, mellow hop balance, light leather wood and orchard finish.
