On tap at ma che in Rome. Golden pour with a foamy castle top that settles.down eventually. Light bread and mild yeast, fresh, light doughy mal, grass, some herbs, moderate carbonation and mild body, easy to drink, enjoyable. PowY (1338) - AUSTRIA - APR 2, 2018
From tap at Ammutson, Vienna, at 5.1% ABV. Clear golden color with a creamy white head. The aroma is lightly malty and lightly hoppy with grass, hay, some grains, notes of dried fruits and faint hints of butter. Nice smell! Medium body with a light to medium sweetness and a medium bitterness. The flavor starts medium malty with grains, dried fruits, prunes, biscuits and hints of honey followed by distinct herbal hoppy notes. Finishes with a crisp herbal, hoppy bitterness and some grains.

Draught at AmmutsØn, Vienna.
Golden, moderate hazy body, with a big, creamy, lacing, light yellow head.
Aroma of flowers, grains, bread, grass, slight citrus.
Tastes quite similar, with some more herbs and a subtle creamy sweetness.
Medium, a bit creamy mouthfeel, with an average carbonation.
Finishes quite bitter, hoppy, grainy, bready, floral, herbal, slightly piney.
Very nice. Pretty hoppy and crisp, a bit less grainy. Well balanced, with the rustic, hoppy and subtle sweet notes well dosed. Not my favourite Knoblach beer, but still very quaffable stuff.
Draft at Bir & Fud, Rome, Italy. Pours relatively hazy, intense gold, with a fluffy white head, persistent and fine. Aroma is bready, light herbaceous. Body is average with quite some carbonation. Taste is moderately sweet with a clear bitterness that is somehow above what a lager would suggest. Finish is average. Christian (14207) - Odense, DENMARK - JAN 27, 2018
UPDATED: MAR 25, 2018 Party fass @ Ratebeer Odense - The Hype Must Be Real. Golden with a big white head. Aroma of malt, herb and chalky minerals. Full bodied malty flavour with herbal hops and a great bitter finish. Bayrischer anstich at the brewery: same great character, a little more hops, and great soft carbonation.

Beer with gold color, light body, soft carbonized, good volume of foam, soft bitter, (drunk a 50cl tap beer in Zlý Časy, Praha, CZ #631)(#61 DE)(#30 Bavaria). motthes (848) - GERMANY - DEC 20, 2017
Trotzdem gut trinkbar. (tap at the brewpub) Hazy, amber colour with a firm and minimally off-white foamy head. Slightly earthy and grainy malty aroma with subtle citric, as well as flowery and herbal hops. Bitter and slightly sweet flavour, light to medium bodied with a well-carbonated but not particularely “ungespundet” mf. Dry and earthy malt character with cereals, mineralic notes and very present herbal-spicy hops; lingering hop spicy and bitter finish with delicately citric notes. Very good. 25.XI.17 Ascelja (2128) - Neratovice, CZECH REPUBLIC - NOV 27, 2017
