Pretty cloudy murky amber to brown beer, off-white very creamy and stable head, adhesive. Aroma: lots of sweet malts, ripe fruits, banana, flowers, bit of yeast, bready. MF: light but ok carbon, medium to full body, creamy almost silky texture. Taste: nice balance between grassy hop bitter and sweet malts, some sweet alcohol, a bit of spices. Aftertaste holds some citrus, caramel and is a bit dry.
(Bottle, 0.33 l, thanks sayravai!) The beer poured amber and almost clear. Its head was medium sized and white. Aroma had fruitiness, malts, raspberries and sweetness. Palate was medium bodied and bit dryish with medium carbonation. Flavours were malts, sweetness, raspberry, apples, mildly hops and medium bittenress. Aftertaste was sweet, citric and bitter. A bit too sweet for my liking. wekker84 (2360) - etten-leur, NETHERLANDS - AUG 18, 2010

Cloudy golden with a medium white head. Sweet aroma with yeasty and fruity notes. Flavour was quite yeasty with fruity, malty and brett notes. Finished dry. MiP (15667) - Sønderborg, DENMARK - OCT 21, 2009
Bottle, 7%. Citric and cardboardy aroma. Cloudy yellow colour, lots of yeast bits floating around. Very small white head. The flavour has some vegetable, sour and citric. Not good. Papsoe (25063) - Frederiksberg, DENMARK - OCT 21, 2009
Bottle 33 cl. Courtesy of fonefan. Pours golden with huge, ugly floaties and a huge, lacing off-white head. Some overripe fruit in the nose. Medium body, sweet fruits and some yeast. Hardly any bitterness. 211009 Ungstrup (37625) - Citizen of the universe, DENMARK - OCT 21, 2009
Bottled. A golden beer with lots of sediment floating around under a lazing beige head. The aroma is very sweet with strong notes of fruit and lighter notes of malt. The flavor is sweet with strong notes of fruit and malt, but also with some notes of yeast, leading to a dry yeasty finish. Thanks fonefan for sharing. sayravai (4710) - Helsinki, FINLAND - AUG 10, 2009
(Bottled) Almost clear golden-amber with a medium, bubbly head. Bready-bisquity-malty aroma with sweetish berry marmalade. Fruity, neutral flavor with again some marmalade, touch of strawberry, pale maltiness, low bitterness. Medium body, soft carbonation. Not at all bad - quite balanced and very drinkable. Lacks the complexity of the classics, though.
