Väärikas Böömi pilsner, mille valmistamisel kasutatud maailmakuulsat Saaz humalat. Karastaval õllel on pruulikoja lipulaevale kohane lumivalge vaht ning tsitruseline ja humalane järelmaitse.

A noble brew for those beer enthusiasts who prefer a traditional Bohemian pilsner - beer with a flavor and aroma bouquet derived from the world-renown Saaz hops. Fittingly for the brewery’s flagship brew, this refreshing beer is known for its bright white head of thick foam as well as for its spicy and citrus flavor with a hoppy finish.

[email protected] Aitad, Tallinn. Hazy golden colour, small white head. Aroma is fruity, floral, some wooden notes with mild diacetyl to it. Flavour is fruity, floral, some mild nectar as well as some wood, earth and nice sprucelike notes. Aftertaste also has some coriander/perilla like notes. Best one of their own beers during my visit.

Bottle. Slightly hazy golden body, medium to small head. Aroma has some sweet apples and grainy malt. Hoppiness is medium to low, Saaz is not instantly recognisable. Sweet and grainy taste with medium to low levels of not-so-crisp Saaz. A bit homebrewy and not so clean. Cheaper than average local "craft" beers (2 EUR) but when a large bottle of Pilsner Urquell is still cheaper than that (and way better) then I’m afraid I’m not going to repeat it even at this price.

0.33L bottle, batch 15/05. Mute hop aroma. Clear golden color, almost no head. Mouldy, celler, malt, corn flavours. Overwrought stale malt. 1872 does matter anything if you brewer born 1950’s and more. Mouldy wood taste is not so pleasant. Watery woody finish. Quite shit sticky, sugary mouthfeel.

Bottled version of Koch’s pilsner. Clear golden color, light bodied and well carbonated. True lager flavor with mild sweetness, grassy hops and all together meets the style very well. Absolutely what I expected it to be. Drinkable pilsner.

Slightly hazy golden, big off-white head. Nose is slight honey mized with grassy hops. Flavor is grass and honey notes, some malts and grains. Finishes with grassy hops, lingering herbal bitterness and slightly sour hints. Pretty drinkable, but not great. Shared by martjoobolut, thanks!
