0.33 bottle collected at the 4th Főzdefeszt. (also tasted on tap, those memories may have some impact on this rating, too). Big long lasting foamy head, smells and tastes fruity and bitter. Fresh, fruity taste (grabefruit and other citrus) from the beer itself, fighting with strong bitterness. In the end, bitterness prevails. Mild, just enough carbonation. Less complex than usual IPAs but very well balanced.

On tap at Pezinská pivná pumpa. Used as a lawnmo... Ehmmm pitch digging beer. And I can confirm it did its job. While digging out pipes you dont care about clear amber color nor light citrus aroma. What you care about is lovely bitter and long lasting taste. Oh yes it did some proper job.

Piwo bursztynowe, zmętnione. Piana średniowysoka, średniotrwała z czasem redukuje się do zera. W aromacie delikatnie. Owoce tropikalne, cytrusy, troszkę lasu. W smaku grejpfrutowa goryczka, średnia. Krótka. Wytrawne. Wysycenie niskie w kierunku średniego. Przyjemne piwko.

Butelka 0,5l. Brązowe, zamglone, piana niezbyt mocna. Owoce cytrusowe w aromacie i smaku, trochę karmelu, mocna nieprzyjemna goryczka zalegająca na podniebieniu, takie sobie

On tap at Főzdefeszt 2012 autumn. Hazy, light, golden brown colored beer with little, creamy, beige head. Piney, citrus, hoppy aroma with some honey. Dry, heavy bitter taste. Light body, slick texture, very soft carbonation with small bubbles. Dry, piney finish. Well hopped IPA, but the carbonation is to low. It’ s a bit watery.

InPivoVeritas (404) - Bydgoszcz, POLAND - MAR 7, 2013
Pours hazy brown with withe, longlasting foam. Smell of grapefruit, lemon and citrus fruits in general with a bit of grass, caramel and maybe bread in the background. Taste of grapefruits, lemon, passion fruit and a bit of pineapples. Very light caramel also shows up. Carbonation is high, but makes the beer actually quite drinkable. It’s a good beer, though it needs more balance. There is too little malt taste and hops aren’t strong enough to do perfect without malty taste. Anyway, it’s a good beer, quite session and enjoyable. Bought in bottle, drunk from Duvel’s tulip.

Plastic bottle. Pours cloudy red with decent tan head. Aroma is citrus fruits, especially orange, hops, hint of grass and malt. Flavor is bitter, with hops, citrus fruits and malt. Dry aftertaste. Simple but very enjoyable.
