Draught. Relatively high white head. Clear yellow body. Nice hops aroma and flavor with a pleasant bitternes.. High carbonation. JoeMcPhee (9426) - Toronto, ON, Ontario, CANADA - JAN 5, 2005
Thanks to my buddy for forgetting a few cans of this in my fridge so I didn’t actually have to spend money on it. Pale golden colour with a thick white head fading to lace. Grassy aroma, faintly malty. Slightly sweet malty flavour but low bitterness. Very boring, but not bad. 3fourths (9341) - Boulder, Colorado, USA - JAN 7, 2003
UPDATED: JUL 12, 2003 Very light afternoon beer, not much taste, but not as carbonated as macro beer. I remember it being better though. blipp (9268) - La Mesa, California, USA - MAY 28, 2008
Bottle. Pours light gold with a white head. Light sweet malt aroma with grain and honey. Light clean body. Flavor is again malty with grain and a hint of grass. Not that bad. mabel (9246) - Toronto, Ontario, CANADA - FEB 1, 2007
[084-20061103] Tap @ St.Louis (Toronto, ON). Grainy bread aroma. Clear, pale golden straw-coloured body with a medium-lasting creamy white head. Grainy bread taste still, light booze, aftertaste is OK. Palate is a nice light feel. Comes together and is repeatable at a game, say, but is not particularly memorable.

UPDATED: SEP 9, 2008 Bottle bought at the Utah State Store. Pours a very clear yellow with a small white head. Usually, I see a beer with this much clarity as a good thing in a pale lager. The aroma is is mostly skunky and metallic notes. The taste is pretty bad; first, it surprises me how much alcohol is in the taste, like a over fermented batch of corn and stagnant water. Some soap and odd metal in there too. Sorry, but this was pretty bad. solidfunk (8941) - Washington D.C., Washington DC, USA - AUG 13, 2011
What can i say? I drank it when i was 16 and thought it was better than molson canadian and labatts. Today, having sipped a new one with a fresh mind, i can’t say much more. Avoid, unless your only choice is one of the aforementioned. Ibrew2or3 (8614) - Tempe, Arizona, USA - JUN 12, 2014
Rockin’ the Kokanee! (You know chicks dig it, right?). 340mL bottle pours with a clear pale gold body that supports a white head. The aroma offers up corn, corn flakes, floral hops and grainy malts. The taste is similar with sweet malts, corn, floral hops and then some mild grainy malts that take a stab at balancing out the sweetness. It gets a bit mineral here and there too. Not bad as there is some balance achieved that offers a small island amid the sea of sweetness. jredmond (8283) - New York, New York, USA - DEC 30, 2009
Draft at heart and crown in ottawa Canada. Pours a clear golden body. Aroma is standard pale lager. Taste is pretty flavorless... but not offensive at all. A decent pale lager PorterPounder (7961) - Tallahassee, Florida, USA - AUG 11, 2002
Clean, crisp, bubbly presentation throughout. Gave it a high appearance mark because of the glacier!
