Bottle from TheWolf, thanks! Orange pinkish blonde, cloudy. Cassis and grapefruit in the aroma. Soft sour flavor with some fruity sweetness, cassis sweets, grapefruit, lemon, oak and kumquats. Lovely! after4ever (8025) - Mukilteo, Washington, USA - MAY 25, 2012
330. Thanks, René! Pours a cloudy sherbet-y orange with pinkish overtones. Great color, but no head or lace evident. Mild fruity nose, soft bitey berry acids mixed with a pulpy peach-like note. Definitely doesn’t have that dark pitted tree fruit intensity that you might associate with cassis, but that’s definitely not a bad thing, just a bit unexpected. Creamy medium body with very little carb. Tart peachy mid palate with that bitey berry-like acidity again. Mild smooth fruity finish. Very soft and approachable. gunnfryd (14807) - Kristiansand, NORWAY - DEC 4, 2011

Thanks to bu11zeye for sharing this bottle.
The beer pours an orange color with a small white head. The aroma is very nice. I get a lot of orange and apricot notes and a little bit of oak. The aroma doesn’t have much tartness to it and actually smells like a nice, juicy American pale ale.
The flavor is a little different. I get some tart apricot and orange notes, as well as some biscuit malt and some oaked notes. I don’t get any of the cassis, but that doesn’t really affect the beer since the things that are present are very nice.
Low carbonation and medium mouthfeel. Of the six Kolding sours sampled at the tasting, this was easily one of the best. fonefan (48592) - VestJylland, DENMARK - JUL 14, 2011

Hazy orange color, no head. Leathery, tart-fruity aroma. Medium-bodied. Tart fruity apple flavor, some cassis leaves in the flavor. Otherwise quite simple flavor. Nice sourness. Not too bad.
Bottled (thanks thewolf!). Goldeny orange colour with not too much head. Aroma is mild wood, some fruits as well as mild tart peach notes. Flavour is tart wood, rather sourish acidic dry as well as some mild blueberries. Geokkjer (7627) - Kristiansand, NORWAY - JUN 21, 2011
