Bottle 33 cl. Pours a cloudy opaque brown with a lively beige head that dissipates quickly. Dry and lightly vinous aroma, slightly tart. Medium body with a very lively carbonation, a distinct vinous tartness, some red berries and a little yeast. The finish is dry and tart. Bottle from thewolf, thanks! Murky dark brown color. Milk chocolate (koetjesrepen) and cellar notes in the aroma. Sourish flavor with confit cranberry notes and milk chocolate. Citrus. Lactic. Not a trace of alcohol. Interesting! after4ever (8025) - Mukilteo, Washington, USA - MAY 25, 2012
330. Thanks, René! Pours a murky dark brown with a dense and creamy tan mousse. Actually, it geysers all that at first, then it pours it. Good thing my man knows his way around a roll of duct tape. Lot of sugar and a lot of yeast in this one. A highly active ferment. Dry winter berry nose, showing a nice toasty black bread under that but then with a very clean and crisp cranberry note balancing. Really a cool combination and no doubt worth playing with some more batches. Fizzy rich body; even after the geyser there’s nothing but life left in this beer. Caramel, brown sugar, cranberries, maybe a bit of oak in the mid palate. Bright and dry berry finish. sfhodense (4789) - Odense NØ, DENMARK - APR 16, 2012

Copper with a big off-white head. Fruity aroma with red berries, and a hint of licorice. The flavour combines fruity sweetness with cranberry tartness, along with a bit of brown sugar and a hint of mint bluebetty (1021) - AUSTRALIA - NOV 12, 2011
Bottle with huge thanks to the Wolf. Pours a slightly cloudy drak bronze with huge light tan coloured head. Falls away super quickly leave half an inch of dense foam. Great sour aroma of malt vinegar supported by milj chocolate and dark toffee. Some dark dry fruits showing through also. Flavours are much the same with chocolate, light roasted malt and good vinegary sourness. Nice beer. Thanks Rene.
