Bottled, obtained almost a year ago from the Kolding guys, large sample. Hazy golden color, medium off-white head, nice carbonation. Aroma has spicy and peppery yeast notes, quite some citrus, some soft higher alcohols, hint of grainy malts. Taste has quite some citrussy and piney bitterness, not a lot of sweetness, quite dry. A bit high on carbonation makes it crisp. Slightly alcoholic, a bit too much actually, but nonetheless I quite like it. Rasmus40 (22689) - Beder, Aarhus, DENMARK - FEB 10, 2013
Tap @ YNWA, Kolding. 8.1 % ABV. Hazy yellow with a lasting white head. Aroma is sweet, malty, fruity, yeasty and light spicy. Flavor is quite sweet and moderate bitter. Dry and moderate bitter finish with warming alcohol. 090213 Leighton (23108) - London, Greater London, ENGLAND - JAN 13, 2013
Bottle shared at the CBC 1st Birthday Party, London - thanks to...The Wolf? Pours hazy yellow with a big, white foam head. Dusty straw nose, some yeast, faint dry lemon. Medium sweet flavor, yeasty dry dough, light bitter hay. Medium bodied with average to lively carbonation. Sweet finish with some sticky sugars, light hay. It’s a touch sweet, but OK. dEnk (4200) - Den Haag, NETHERLANDS - SEP 11, 2012
UPDATED: SEP 16, 2012 Bottle @ tasting. Aroma is soapy lemony, some spicy notes. Flavour is soapy, some lemon, some spices. Weird, not my thing. jmgreenuk (10532) - Kuala Lumpur, MALAYSIA - SEP 11, 2012
Bottle at De Molen 2nd Tuesday tasting. Poured a slightly cloudy yellow straw colour. There is lots of life in this beer and there was a nice frothy head with some lacing. At 8.1% it's no surprise that the alcohol is quite prominent in he flavour. Lots of bitterness and a very smooth bitter aftertaste. A good choice of hops. A good refreshing summer ale. Actually reminds me a little of Duvel!

Good white head. Hazy blond pour. A bit sweet but a nice drinkable saison. Alcohol well hidden. Scopey (16550) - Croydon, Greater London, ENGLAND - JUL 3, 2012
Bottle to Tom and Rene. It pours cloudy golden yellow, with a thick white head. The nose is spicy yeast, dough, manure, floral and chlorine. The taste is spice, tart citrus, dough, floral and decent bitterness, with a somewhat spicy finish. Medium body and fine carbonation. A decent saison. jackl (8597) - Minneapolis, Minnesota, USA - JUL 1, 2012
Bottle @ CBC’s 1st Birthday Party. Thanks to thewolf for sending this over. The pour’s amber yellow with a small eggy white head. The nose is light sweet malts and lemon pith. Light yeast. The taste is spicy yeast notes, seafood and lemon, salty toasted bread. The body’s light. Decent beer, quite flavorful though certainly a bit strange!
