Quote from one of the brewers when I asked him what style it was :- "We made our own and its called Kompaan 20 ;-) I guess Its between a blond beer and an IPA. what do you think? De Paas described it as a blond beer that taste like a tripel but drinks as a pils." Brewed at Anders until 2014. Now most likely in a (yet) unknown brewery in Germany. They are planning production in their own facility.

Bottle @ Benzai. Slightly hazy very pale yellow with a ginormous white head. Smells malts, grassy, yeast, slightly lemonish, slightly unfresh. Tastes slightly lemonish, fresh, malty. Not bad! Somewhere between a saison and a tripel. Medium body, soft carbo.

A slightly dark yellow, "not-quite-clear" beer with a firm white layer of foam. It has an IPA-sour like aroma with a fruity touch in the background. The taste is bitter-sour, but this also contains the fruity hints with make it a nice beer. But unfortunately, it doesn't have much of an aftertaste.

Bottle at home. Golden, a bit cloudy color. Good white head. A nice taste like a blonde beer, but also hop in the aftertaste. A good beer.

Taste and all is not bad. However... By chance I had 2 bottles. With a one month difference in expiry date. One was clear amber the other little lighter and hazy... Taste almost the same. ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

UPDATED: AUG 11, 2017 Non mi ha convinto del tutto, ? un misto di Belgian, luppoli che danno una nota agrumata, leggera secchezza. Sembra un mix di stili. ? buona per carit?.

Citrus, lemon and lemon zest. Bitterness is a little too pronounced for me, but generally an OK beer.

UPDATED: NOV 5, 2017 Hazy golden pour, with firm white head, that retains well. Aroma is light hoppy, malty and light spicy; not quite clear. Taste is mild bitter with a dry aftertaste. Rather low carbonation. To me an average ale with rather little specifics. (4-11-17: Re-rare. Also rather fruity, citric. Raher strong carbonation)

33 cl bottle, served in a snifter. Poured hazy blonde with a two finger frothy off white head. Aroma: grapefruit, orange, citrus, mango. Taste: hoppy grass, grapefruit, mango, bread, citrus. More IPAish then anything else they claim it to be. Pretty nice sweet brew. Medium body with short bittersweet finish. Nice one...

20170304 Home; 33 cl Bottle; bb 08.2018. A yellow beer which is slightly cloudy and with a good white hed. Aroma is light malty, somewhat sweet, herbs and hop bitters (somewhat citrus-like). The beer start in the taste what malty/sweet, bur fast a hop bitter is coming up. In the aftertaste the bitter becomes dry. Also some malty aftertaste which the beer give a less fresh taste. Also light yellow/citrus-like fruitiness.
