COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Our brewers wanted to make a beer that went down easy after a day out on the water. Big Wave Golden Ale is just the ticket. Big Wave is a lighter bodied golden ale with a tropical hop aroma and flavor a smooth, easy drinking refreshing ale. The use of caramel malt contributes to the golden hue of this beer and our special blend of hops provides bright quenching finish. 10.3

Malts: Pale (Premium 2-Row), Caramel
Hops: Galaxy, Citra

Cereal, golden with a good white head, light body, medium carbonation, quite boring with notes of fruits...not an impressive "wave".

Bottle from Meijer. Clear and gold, with bit of white head. Fruity aroma, then the watery beer goes downhill from there. Boring.

Nice bottle but on the bottle aren detail information about the malts, hops and drinktemperature. Clear golden beer with very short white head, smell is very light citrus, very light bitter, thin, light body but ideal for the hot weather on Hawaii, for me too little tropical fruits, short finish, (I have 0.355l bottle with best-before 100517 and batch 16:57 3)

355ml bottle into shaker. I love the design of the labels from this brewery! Smells of guava, melon and lemon with an earthy funkiness lurking in the background. Hazy amber beer with thin clingy foamy head. Very light carbonation. Thin body, crisp taste. Finish is more fruit salad with a touch of malt. Easy-drinking and good.
