Our brewers wanted to make a beer that went down easy after a day out on the water. Big Wave Golden Ale is just the ticket. Big Wave is a lighter bodied golden ale with a tropical hop aroma and flavor a smooth, easy drinking refreshing ale. The use of caramel malt contributes to the golden hue of this beer and our special blend of hops provides bright quenching finish. 10.3

Served from a 12 ounce bottle into a tulip glass. Golden Ale does well in that, a decent yellow-gold and a fine-ish off-white top replenished by strong carbonation. It has little smell, grain and tropical fruit. The taste is a slight buzz of hops with pineapple and lemon. Mouth feel is full surprisingly for such a light brew. Definitely an all day beer if you want because of the low abv.

Pours a clear yellow, thin wispy head. Some is very subdued, celery, lightly toasted malt. Watery and wimpy... Nothing offensive, light breadiness, corn. Pretty weak.
