COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
A full-bodied, American-Style I.P.A. that is bronze in color, Castaway IPA is "dry hopped" (aged with liberal amounts of whole hop flowers after fermentation) for assertive hop flavor and aroma. The bitterness is balanced by the malty body of the beer.

Pours ultra clear golden with a feeble head. A strong resting and mango aroma from the bottle is lost when poured. A nice herbal bitter finish. ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

Goudgeel, iets wazig, witte foamy schuimkraag.

Aroma: Medium-high grapefruit, with medium-light bready, caramel notes. Appearance: Brilliant, light gold body. Small, white head with fine bubbles, good retention and lacing. Flavour: Medium bitterness, slightly harsh, with a light malty backbone. A medium citrus, grapefruit hops. A dry finish with a slightly harsh bitterness and lingering grapefruit. Mouthfeel: Medium-light body. Medium carbonation. Overall: Great aroma! The bitterness is slightly harsh, detracting from the overall drinkability of the beer. Good flavours. 355 ml bottle, poured. 21A. American IPA

Bue en bouteille de 33cl. Blonde légère, mousse blanche aérée. Nez ananas. Palais agrumes, houblon. Manque de corpulence, déséquilibrée. Finale moyenne. Pas mal mais pas top

Bottle from Albert Heijn. Hazy amber colour, white foam. Sweet citrussy and tropical fruitiness. Bitter, rather sweet. Ok IPA.
