COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Fire Rock Pale Ale is a crisp, refreshing Hawaiian-style pale ale. Its signature copper color results from the unique blend of specialty roasted malts. The pronounced citrus-floral hop aroma comes from the liberal amounts of Galena, Cascade & Mt. Hood hops added to each brew.

Clear Amber colour with only a light rim of lasting head. Malty, sweet and roasty with grass notes and faint citrus. Less bitter than sweet and quite a short finish. Goes well with the spice cake I just had but the cake is carrying this team.

Bottle, from the bottle at Trineeshs wedding beach barbeque. This probably suffered from being over cold from the ice bucket it was swimming in but improved to be pleasant enough as it warmed, some sweetish malt and a muted floral hop finish. A bit dull though - and as with so many American Pales I dont really get the point of this being 5.8%, the easy drinking flavour profile is out of whack with such a strong beer.
