COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Fire Rock Pale Ale is a crisp, refreshing “Hawaiian-style” pale ale. Its signature copper color results from the unique blend of specialty roasted malts. The pronounced citrus-floral hop aroma comes from the liberal amounts of Galena, Cascade & Mt. Hood hops added to each brew.

So happy to see this, because it knocks off both of the non-continental states. This beer was brought back to me from my friend Rick, after his trip to DC. The aroma has a hint of resiny hops and a little floral esters. The beer is a hazy orangish-copper with a thin white head. The flavor is a decent balance of hop and malt, not too piney and not too much caramel. This is a good representative from the US Pale Ale category. It’s rather smooth, body is more on the light side, with a thinner texture, a decent fizzy carbonation, and semi-long finish. Cool beer to have arrive at my door, fun to drink outside by the fire pit with the dogs and a guitar.

Fire rock is not really for me, I feel for a pale ale it was a bit darker and had a deeper taste than I like. ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

I wouldn't say that I could smell or taste any hops per se in the beer although I do pick up some perhaps hop bitterness in the flavor. This is more of an malty reddish Amber Beer that is slightly bitter. It's okay but nothing special.

Bottle, in US. Backlog entry. Entering my historic scores for US beers whilst visiting New York. No tasting notes kept, just rating.

Předem jsem se nedíval, jaké má toto pivo hodnocení. Vůně byla skvělá, příjemná, citrusová, žluto-oranžová barva, ale co se týče chuti, tak málo výrazná, stejně jako slabý říz..

On draft at Tiki’s Grill & Bar in Waikiki. This is the life. Orange body with an inch of frothy, tan head. Aromas of earthy pine and pale malts. Simple, drinkable, good pairing with spicy food. Ok.

UPDATED: JUL 26, 2017 Birra dal colore giallo/ambra. Schiuma bianca fine e persistente. Al naso sentori di pesca gialla, frutto della passione e caramello. Al palato corpo leggero, buona carbonatazione con note di frutta esotica. Nel finale rimane amara ma non troppo resinosa. Una birra discreta.
