Bottle at KØ16. Mild coconut aroma. Clear dark brown colour. Small white head. The flavour has a good coconut note. yespr (45412) - Copenhagen O, DENMARK - MAY 20, 2016
12 fl oz bottle. Pours clear and golden orange to brown with a small tan head. Aroma is toasted malty and coconut. Toasted and slight caramelish finish. SG111 (1821) - New York, USA - MAY 16, 2016
Bottled 02/2016. Pours black, tan/white head. Aroma is fairly intense coconut, roasted malt, nutty aroma. The coconut with the roasted malt actually works perfectly. This is a great balance. I’m impressed. I feel like Kona may not be the best brewery, but I like them. Aroma is exactly toasted coconut flakes and vanilla. Excellent. Flavor lets down a bit, but maybe it needs to warm. Lots of coconut flakes, really nice ones. Tastes like those FrozFruit coconut ice cream bars. It’s a little too effervescent for me. It doesn’t need to be thicker or more full, just lighter carbonation. Feel like this on cask would be excellent. rumproasts (5359) - Grand Rapids, Michigan, USA - MAY 13, 2016
Bottle. Brown with small head. Light cocoa and caramel with a hint of nuttiness. Coconut is present, but fairly understated. Not bad, but not great either. oldrtybastrd (5002) - Fort Walton Beach, Florida, USA - MAY 11, 2016
Pours a reddish brown. Aromas of chocolate/nuts/ and some fruit. Flavor didn’t stand up to the aroma. A little chocolate/coffee taste.

Rated on 5-06-2016 at Don Hall’s Factory, Fort Wayne, IN. (Bottle) The appearance is a cream head with a short retention, semi-transparent cherry body, no carbonation observed, and a good amount of lacing adorns the glass. The aroma is nutty, malt and coconut. The flavor mimics the aroma. The mouthfeel is smooth and this beer is a light-medium beer. This beer is very drinkable and would make for a nice session beer. It has a very good taste, worth trying and definitely a beer that I would partake in again. thedm (6178) - Fort Wayne, Indiana, USA - MAY 6, 2016
This bottled brew from a restaurant poured a small sized head of foamy finely sized tan colored bubbles that were quickly diminishing and left behind a uncarbonated semi-transparent light ruby red brown colored body and a good lacing. The mild aroma was brown malt. The semi-thick crisp mouth feel was tingly at the start and at the finish with a mild mild roasted malt aftertaste. The nice flavor contained notes of roasted malt brown malt and crisp. A decent one that I would consider drinking again. sonnycheeba (5988) - Federal Hill, Baltimore, Maryland, USA - MAY 1, 2016
Bottle. Pours clear cola brown. Aroma is toasted coconut, caramel, and vanilla with some light toasted malt notes and nuttiness. Flavor is woody and nutty with some caramel notes, light earthy bitterness, and some light coconut notes as the finish dries out. Medium body. Andrew196 (1902) - Katy, Texas, USA - APR 26, 2016
Great brown! Slightly light brown in color, yellow edges, minimal head. Like a sweeter, slightly creamier Newcastle. Toasty coconut and notes of miscellaneous tropical fruit were evident. KCWarrior (9) - Kansas, USA - APR 20, 2016 does not count
A light brown ale with a slightly sweet, toasted coconut taste and nutty scent.
