It pours extremely clear straw colored with a white head. The aroma and flavors are soft floral hop notes that are pleasant. The body is light on top of a light bready lagered beer.

Far more than expected for style. A lot of malt flavor remains and is surprising from a lager...esp. at such a low ABV. Pretty mellow, nothing to exciting.

Ungstrup (38932) - Citizen of the universe, DENMARK - NOV 15, 2010
Draft. A hazy pale yellow beer with a thin beige head. The aroma has notes of malt as well as lighter notes of straw. The flavor is sweet with notes of malt and lighter notes of citrus, leading to a bitter finish. Boring - a bit like a macro lager.

Jow (4166) - Orlando, Florida, USA - NOV 9, 2010
On tap at Foxwoods food & wine festival although I remember drinking this on my honeymoon in Hawaii 5 years ago so please mark that down. Pours gold and tastes of corn, hay, yeast, and light spice. Its clean and crisp and after all the wine and fine foods was very refreshing.

erickok (6036) - Leuven, BELGIUM - NOV 5, 2010
Slightly hazy, yellow beer and foamy head. Some citrus, as expected, yeast. Quite a dry, hoppy taste for the style. Good flavour yet a bit one sided. Aftertaste a bit soapy. Decent beer.
