Nearly black body with a thin off-white head. Very inviting aroma of coffee and cream. Begs you to take a sip. The palate is smooth with some decent carbonation. The flavor matches the aroma. Sweet and smooth up front, and it fades to a nice slightly bitter coffee finish. Wow.

Mild root beer sweetness in aroma. Taste is also a bit atrifically sweet, decent coffee in the finish. High carbonation. OK but not great.

Had this one out of the bottle. Large roasted malt flavour. Kona coffee beans come through strongest on aroma and almost as strongly on the palate. More a dry than sweet a porter with low caramel notes for me. Pretty solid beer.

Bottle. Darkish brown with a beige head. Aroma of iced coffee made with brown sugar but not much milk. Nice coffee with some bread and spices behind. 7+ Medium bodied - just substantial enough really, lowish carbonation. Pleasantly creamy texture. Quite sweet with coffee, mild roast, caramel. Dries out a bit at the end, but its still a bit too sweet for me. After a while the roasted flavours come through a bit more, which is welcome.

Growler from brown jug, black beer, decent almond colored head faded. Aroma is coffee, chocolate, coconut. Taste is coconut, chocolate, coffee. Palate is good, carbonation subdued. Nice balance between bitter and sweet! Pair with high surf warnings and sex wax.
