Clear yellow colour with a nice white head. Aroma and flavour of sweet malt. DrinkEmUpJones (1069) - Georgia, USA - SEP 11, 2011
The color is a cloudy banana with thin white lacing. The aroma has clove, grass, and tangerine notes. The palate reminds me of spring with many floral aspects. The palate does fall a little thin with cloves on the finish. A better beer than what ratings show. Butters (4059) - Richmond, Virginia, USA - MAY 8, 2011
Sampled on draft somewhere near the porter in atl. Hazy yellow pour with good white head. About what you’d expect for the style. Nothing overly special, but no flaws a refreshihng Rosebud butternuts (2396) - Denton, Texas, USA - DEC 14, 2010

Bottle at a Tapas bar in Berlin. Creamy white good mostly lasting head. Yellow colour. Light malty and hoppy and yeasty aroma. Light bitter flavor. Some yeasty notes. Short light bitter finish. Very nice low alc. Bendrixian (1514) - Canadiana, Ontario, CANADA - SEP 6, 2010
Had it a brussels in Halifax. They keep their beers waaaayyy too cold but here is what i remember.
cloudy and golden brew. nose is banana bread and yeast with some lemon notes in there as well. medium bodied to light brew. easy drinking but not very memorable. Maria (10212) - Thisted, DENMARK - JAN 31, 2010
It’s unclear, light golden with a huge, creamy head. The aroma has notes of wet grain/wheat and wet cardboard. The flavour is moderately sweet with notes of wet wheat, hints of banana and wet cardboard. yemenmocha (659) - Glendale, Arizona, USA - DEC 12, 2009
Good traditional hefe qualities in appearance, nice hazy straw color, pearl white head. Good retention.
Nose is a little tepid compared to other weissbiers I’ve had. Has a very citrusy aroma with some banana. I don’t detect any clove.
Taste has a malty toasted cracker component alongside some banana, but overall it’s a very "cracker" tasting beer. Ritz? Wheat Thins?
Finish is rather short. Perhaps I have an old bottle. shadey (2135) - Nashville, Tennessee, USA - AUG 29, 2009
Bottle. Cloudy yellow pour with a thin white layer of froth. Aroma is lemon and creame, cloves. Flavors are nice, creamy and smooth. Good stuff.
