Bottle from BV Liquor: Poured a clear golden liquid and had a small development of film foam for the head. Aroma smells sweet yet tart and almost smells fruity similar to a cider while a whiff of wet grains lurks in the background. Flavor of the beer is a bit off and brings about wet cardboard and old stale cereal or corn mush flavorings. Not that great tasting and it said it expired over a month ago but wow did it really fall apart fast. Won’t be buying this from the bottles again. Still had a rocking carbonation level but it taste like cornflakes with water.

Keg @ Bleeding Heart Tavern, Farringdon, London. Golden with a very thin head and a mid carbonation. Easy-drinking but very malty within both its Pilsener aroma and taste.

500 ml can. Pale yellow gold color. Small bubbly white head. Metallic grainy malt nose. Light grainy malt flavor. Slight grassy hops with lemony notes. A German lawnmower beer.

0.5 l can, thanks to my aunt for getting me this from Germany. Golden color, thick white head that doesnt remain for long. Hay, grass, some hoppy notes in aroma. Bitter taste with short bitterish finish, light body, lively carbonation. Not too complex, but well made.

Nothing special, nothing wrong, aroma of grain and grass, pours a clear golden color with a foamy white head. Medium body, light bitter taste with hints of grain and grass with a bitter finish. Typical of the style and well worth drinking.

The Köpi or König Pilsener is a straight up no nonscense Pils. It does exactly what it says on the tin. It is bitter it is herbal, it takes 7-8 minutes to pour properly. A good but not excellent beer.

500 ml bottle. Golden color with decent amount of foam that actually have a good form and carbonation. Aroma is wort, light sulphuric and floral. Taste is sweet wort with a light metallic and sharp bittern finish with with some sweet grainy notes. Light body, average carbonation.
