Kind of boring... Pours a very clear yellow/golden color with very few rising bubbles and a huge white head. Aroma is dry and earthy/herbal. Flavor is dry, with some citrus and a lot of herbal flavor.
12 oz. bottle. asedzie (824) - San Francisco, California, USA - JAN 19, 2008
Bottle. Pours clear golden, thin white head with lacing. Grassy, herbal hop aroma, light grain and lemon peel. Bready flavor, slightly sweet, strong oily bitterness throughout. Good full palate. scanovajr (675) - Rio de Janeiro, BRAZIL - JAN 19, 2008

Weak malty aroma. Clear yellow in the glass. Pours with a lot of foam/fuss. Taste is mild, earthy, and bland. Only a tad skunky. Nothing special here. gam (3909) - brisbane, AUSTRALIA - JAN 13, 2008
Though not a top drink I found it to be a good session pilsener with a fresh opening to this fairly mellow pils, nice bitterness, hops not strong in flavour, colour a nice yellow and good lacing after a medium head.Slight nuttiness and earthy mushroom flavour finish dry and sweet ,I liked it.

Sampled at noohn, Basel. The nose is very strange with hints of rotten pineapple. Maybe the glass hasn’t been washed properly. Earthy hops. Slightly sour with a hint of lime. Rather bitter. Nice lacing. Very dry bitter finish. cheap (5791) - Beaver Valley, Beaver County, Pennsylvania, USA - JAN 10, 2008
Older bottle, (B? 06 date code). Aroma a little skunky at the lid pop but clears to a cleaner mellow acceptable olfactory in the glass. Ubiquitous pale yellow. Straw, pilsner and some mild hoppy bite. Friendly for the most part, somewhat reminiscent of Lionshead light. Probably could pass as a pale lager. I thought budweiser was the king of beers. A mild bitter lingering pilsner bite on the finish. How about when brewers use superlatives ’like king or highest’ in their descriptions? mmmbeer (1418) - Austin, Texas, USA - JAN 7, 2008
12 oz. bottle poured into flute- poured transparent golden yellow, light carbonation, white head bubbled away. Aroma of malt and floral hops. Hits the mouth with a thin body, a little bite of malt, hops very noticeable on the finish. Not bad. janubio (841) - SPAIN - JAN 6, 2008
500 ml can. Pale yellow colour, with a big foamy head that holds long enough, and leaves some rings of lace. Smell is floral, hops, a bit of lemon. Medium body, in the mouth is dry, bitter, a bit of lemon too. Refreshing. Though I’m not fond of cans, this is a very good pilsener, maybe it lacks of some more aroma, or maybe is just the can thing, but it’s a very enjoyable beer. kappldav123 (6097) - GERMANY - JAN 4, 2008
The bottle looks really good, the beer in the glass also. Aroma is very alcoholic. Flavor sweet and sourish, too less hoppy. An average beer.
