An average pilsner but would drink again....................................

*Yawn* another Reinheitsgebot pilsener. Good, but nothing to distinguish it from all the others in the little green bottles, except the label.

Average german pilsner, on the bitter side..................................

I think this is a little better than the others did. Nice hoppy aroma beautiful head that stayed the glass down. This was sampled on draft in Iowa City, IA and held up very well. A good summer pilsener.

motelpogo (8031) - Plzen, CZECH REPUBLIC - OCT 9, 2001
pretty indistinguishable from other middle-of-the-road german pilsners......

A nice flowery pils. ..................................................

sleepdirt (169) - Winnipeg, Manitoba, CANADA - AUG 19, 2001
Of the basic German pils, this is a step up. Not as good AS Bitburger or Jever but better than Beck's.

shorlin (736) - St. John’s, Newfoundland, CANADA - AUG 3, 2001
First of all, I drank this out of a can, so
perhaps that should be taken into account.
Still, this was a below avergae pilsener without the dryness
or flavour it needed.

daboskabouter (1469) - Fergus, Ontario, CANADA - JUL 5, 2001
UPDATED: JUN 7, 2003 Pale golden color, nice foamy white head, some lace that lasts. The aroma is mostly grassy with some hop notes. The body contains a nice crisp hop bitterness that carries on well into the palate. Some grassiness as well. A nice pils.
