It pours a clear, yellowish amber color with a foamy white head. The aroma has that classic pilsner scent. The texture is decent with an ok flavor. This is a fairly weaker in taste than most German Pilsners. The use of malts and hops are very difficult to find in the flavor, as there seems to be more of a raw grainy taste. Drinks smooth and easy, however there are better German made pilsners on the market.

500ml can from the shop, drunk at home. Pours clear with a frothy white head, heavy lacing, a brief bead. Pale straw in colour. Aroma of sweet bread and malt. Lively in the mouth due to medium carbonation, but little in the way of flavour, little or no sugar and crisp, almost astringent vaguely floral bitterness which lingers into a metallic aftertaste. Overall, yet another ordinary pale lager hiding behind a pilsener label.

rosenbergh (11925) - Tampere, FINLAND - DEC 15, 2017
500 ml can. BB 26/07/2018. From my advent calendar, door #11. Clear pale golden color with a medium size foamy white head. Grainy malt, dryness and a hint of lemon in the aroma. The flavor is grainy malt, sawdust, basement and mild grassy hoppy notes. Pretty ordinary German pilsener.

Zlotta (4129) - Hagen, GERMANY - DEC 15, 2017
Sampled from 0.5 l bottle from local 'Netto', best before June 2018. Clear, golden yellow with a medium large, frothy, almost stable, white head. Sweetish, slightly grassy-spicy aroma of grains and straw. Slightly sweet, moderately bitter, quite grassy-spicy taste of grains, straw and faint hints of citrus, followed by a short, medium bitter, quite grassy, slightly dry and a little metallic finish. Medium body, slightly effervescent mouthfeel, soft carbonation. Okay Pils, nice enough for about 60 Cent a bottle.

Kokusu pek yok. Tadı da boş. Köpüğü az, asidi çok. Gövdesi açık sarı. Tatsız

Aroma : lúpulos especiados predominantes sobre cereales frescos; ligeras notas florales Apariencia : pajizo translúcido (2 SRM aprox.); cabeza color blanco tiza; buena retención; regular encaje Sabor : cereales frescos; notas de lúpulos especiados y picosos; amargor herbal medio (20 IBU aprox.) de larga duración Paladar : ingreso fresco; cuerpo medio-ligero; gran vivacidad en boca; buena carbonatación Impresión General : un gran ejemplo del estilo; muy recomendable

Kauge (2131) - Tallinn, ESTONIA - OCT 31, 2017
Tap at Munich airport. Clear pale gold with small white head. Pretty standard sweetish malts with a bit of grassiness, and a bit of apple skin, light body and rather crisp carbonation. Nothing memorable, interesting, nor good... At least it goes well with spicy Oriental food.

BrunTremens (61) - Saint-Alban, Quebec, CANADA - OCT 9, 2017

luttonm (6953) - Seattle, Washington, USA - SEP 30, 2017
Bottle in Seattle. Dissipating thick white head. Clear yellow gold body. Nose of grass, honey and grain. A bit of a premium lager feel, a touch more sweet and rich. Similar macro graininess to others in the portfolio. Grassy constant. Pretty good, all told.
