COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION

Bottle. Light golden, small to average and mostly diminishing head. Light to moderate, malty - lightly grainy and lightly sweetish aroma, light - some grassy and herbal hoppyness. Body is light to medium, malty - lightly grainy and lightly sweetish flavor, light grassy hoppyness. Finish is short to average, malty - lightly grainy and dryish, light - some butter and grassy and herbal hoppyness. Dryish pils with decent bitterness for German pils.

Koelschtrinker (20591) - Köln (Cologne), GERMANY - APR 14, 2013
Frischer, knackig herber Antrunk. Dabei zuerst wenig hopfig, was sich aber deutlich steigert. Spritzig, leicht grasig. Herb bitterer Ausklang mit dunklem Hopfen. Gut! 10/9/10/10/8/9

ganache (5958) - New Jersey, USA - MAY 19, 2012
Bottle by 28.10.12. Sweet floral nose. Pale golden with a sudsy white head. Thin, smooth body with very light hop bitterness and a simple malt -- quite a nice balance achieved here. Very smooth mouthfeel, low carbonation, controlled and noble, indeed.

Clear pale golden colour with small soapy white head. Flavour is grassy bitter with grainy maltiness.

Schroppfy (2360) - Łódż, Warsaw, Poland; Michigan, Ohio, USA - MAR 27, 2011
Bright yellow. Great carbonation and lacing, aroma is subtle hop flower and herb, grass. Flavor is moderately-to-heavily bitter, and sweetness is mild to medium. Lots of lemon essence and sourdough bread. Such an easy to drink beer, very challenging flavors, the kind of thing I like to drink all the time, all seasons. Thanks Stefan.

Bottle 50 cl from Quack-duck thanks ! A clear yellow beer with nice white head. Smell is hopy and grassy. A nice pilsener, with an interesting hops bouquet, nice bitterness, specially on aftertaste. The beer is medium malty and a bit sweet, good stuff.

Embrouille (2854) - SWITZERLAND - JUL 25, 2009
Bottled 50cl. Courtesy of Quack-Duck. It pours a clear pale golden beer with an average-sized white head. Earthy hoppy nose with a hint of lime. Pretty pleasant taste. Bready with a good hop profile. Medium bodied. Average carbonation. Relatively strong bitterness- that’s what I like about this beer. Very long dry finish. Nice! Thanks a lot Quack-Duck!

bottled and on tap. Clear golden colour, large and very creamy head. Hoppy nose. Full-bodied, grainy, solid malty background with lovely hoppy flavours. Medium carbonation. A very well-balanced Pils.
