Bought as La Trappe Witte Trappist. Hazy golden colour. White fluffy head.
Orange peels, wheat, yeast, hay. Decent. Davros (3290) - Melbourne, AUSTRALIA - NOV 5, 2012
Pours straw with a towering head.
Nose shows light doughy wheat, soft citrus fruit and some spicy phenols. Pretty appetising.
Light flavours; wheat, very faint citrus. Refreshing but a little plain.
High carbonation and light body suits the beer well. tmrmwel (2275) - Bergen, NORWAY - NOV 5, 2012
Flaske. Pours hazy yellow, with a nice and big creamy head. Aroma is yeast and coriander, with hay and a whiff of sweet orange. Full body and normal carbonation. Flavour is yeast and hay, with a sweet fruitiness through the finish. Hirotoma (473) - Bologna, ITALY - NOV 2, 2012
Birra senza ne alte ne parte, beverina ma non di certo al top dello stile! Temptation (257) - - OCT 25, 2012
Well, a singular trappist, but in a bad sense. The colour is poor, very pale yellow almost white (or grey). The best is the efervescent brilliant white head...and that’s all. Citric notes both in nose and mouth, with a high presence of yeast which contributes to the earthy flavour and texture. The problem is that, in the overall and palate, it’s a very flat beer, very insipid and bland. Maybe the worst trappist I’ve tasted. It was my first La Trappe Witte, and will be my last one.

UPDATED: SEP 29, 2013 22/06/13, bottle. Pours a hazy yellow with a medium, white head. Aroma is a lot of lemon, some spiciness and coriander, light wheat. Taste is dry with some lemon, a lot of spiciness, and quite a bit of wheat. Too light with quite a bit of carbonation. Not as good as the first one.

19/10/12. Bottle. Pours a hazy golden yellow with a large, white, rocky head. Aroma is somewhat spicy, lemony, yeasty, light clove. Taste begins largely lemon with light yeast until spiciness and wheat take over in the middle. Turns lemon and slightly watery on the finish again. Wheaty, lemony, lightly spicy aftertaste. Palate is light and stingy. A bit watery.
Golden color, so clear. Clean aroma, not like a blanche. Good taste, medium sweet, drinkable. jonnyt (47) - USA - OCT 14, 2012
Bottle. Pale and cloudy colour with little to no head. Sweet fruit aroma but not that big taste. Slight bitterness to aftertaste.

Bottle, picked up at the seraf bio-tea shop in Pilsen. Pale murky yellow grey with a whipped egg-white head; lemon zest aroma; hints of vanilla custard, some dry hop character and hints of sea salt. Crisp and pleasant brokensail (16648) - Dublin, California, USA - OCT 2, 2012
Cloudy golden orange pour with a white head. Plenty of citrus peel aroma, lots of coriander spiciness, and some wheat bread. A bit of yeast and pale malt, too. The flavor is fairly light, but very enjoyable and drinkable. Moderate malt sweetness, good coriander spiciness, and citrus peel. A good yeasty quality to it, too.
