COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION

Serapac (551) - CZECH REPUBLIC - AUG 14, 2017
[email protected], Prague. Clear golden, large creamy head. Malt, apricots. Sweet, ripe apricot also present in taste. Mild bitterness at the background. An interesting, tad unusual lager.

500ml bottle. Pours a hazed gold. Aroma is stronlgy oxidized fruits and raisins, mint sherry. Falvor is ultra oxidized. Tastes like a non-boozy sherry.

dcmchew (104) - Bucharest, ROMANIA - MAY 18, 2017
Clear deep golden, nice full finger foamy head, decent retention. Smells of stewed veggies, but, weirdly, in a pleasant way, not exactly cabbage-like. Think tomato juice, green pepper pulp. Some spicy hop, some malt sweetness. Some buttered bread, some nice caramel, some candied grassy notes, with a nice pilsener-ish spicy finish. Hints of old peppercorn, crunchy malted grain, copper coins in the finish, with a solid bitterness. Aftertaste has lingering bitter metallic notes. Quite dry. Medium body, medium carbonation. A pretty regular pumped-up Czech pilsener.

djoeye (5207) - Tromsø, NORWAY - MAY 2, 2017
Aroma; bread, caramel, grain, wort, sweet malts, nice. Look; off white top, clear gold golden pants. Taste; caramel, bread, grass, hops, malts, more bread and a dry pilsner bread tail. Feel; premium body, soft’ish co2, semi dry. Overall; quality brew. [50cl.btl 6% 14’ pivotek Base Camp in praha]
