gnoff (11145) - Göteborg, SWEDEN - FEB 25, 2013
Draught at Soldaten Svejk, Stockholm. On February 23, 2013.
Had two of this wonderful beer this evening, ordered them "väl slagen" as to get that great head and push out some co2. Beer was unfiltered and unpasteurized as per info from the bartender.
Clear golden color, big rocky lasting great looking white head. Sweet, malty, fresh, herbal hoppy, hints of butterscotch scent and taste. Lean smooth mouthfeel with now just right co2 level. Medium herbal bitterness. A great beer to have more than one of. Highly drinkable and very nice!

promontor (165) - HUNGARY - NOV 30, 2012
UPDATED: DEC 7, 2012 0.5l bottle from Bohémia Sörszalon. Starts with a nice thick spongy white head. It stays long enough to bite it, strong bitter taste. Carbonation is moderate, nice creamy mouthfeel. Well balanced taste, bitter and sweet. If you read this, you may think it is a typical pilsner, but there is a distinct very fresh and fruity taste. Maybe honey, too. Mild, long lasting bitter aftertaste. A very good one..

Mild, pure aroma has no impurities. Grass and floral notes. Clear straw, frothy, quite big head is also quite long. Taste has grass, fruits, butter. Medium body, bit sweet with a dry and slightly bitter finish, soft feel. Nice, pure, minimalistic beer with good flavors. Down to earth kinda beer, enjoyed !

Bottle. Very clear bronze appearance. Dry hoppy flavour that is very well balanced. The bottle boasts that it was a Gold winner at the World Beer awards. Wouldn’t say that it was that good but it is a cut above average and worth trying.
