Bottle shared at a tasting at the Beer & Beyond shop. Thanks mom for this bottle! Hazy rusty pale yellow with no head. Aroma of cardboard, some graininess and a fruity touch. Watery flavor, slightly sweetish, with a bit of malt, cardboard, a bit of alcohol and a faint bitter hint. Watery mouthfeel. Oxidized and watery but could be worse. kisiel665 (2) - Wrocław, POLAND - APR 25, 2014 does not count

bottle, many thanks to Schroppfy! Clear deep golden colour, mid-sized white head. Malty nose. Sticky sweet, hints of bubblegum and fruit, very very shy hop flavours in the very far background. Still quite nice for a mocne piwo! Schroppfy (2362) - Łódż, Warsaw, Poland; Michigan, Ohio, USA - FEB 19, 2011
UPDATED: MAY 2, 2011 Well, you have to know ho bad Polish Mocnes can be to know how much better this is than average. So many Polish mocnes are either cloying sweet or fusel/rubber cement-filled bombs. This one has a little character, a little subtlety. The aroma is sugar and white bread, with a moderately harsh grain overlay. Like being in freshly-plowed fields if you live near an ethanol plant (but only just a whiff, not a really bad day) - thus a slight corn/DMS presence. The flavor is moderately sweet, very lightly bitter, with some cooked vegetable and leaf (but in a good way). Quite drinkable for what it is. Some head remains but it is a somewhat still beer. Much better conditioning when you pour the unfiltered remains, but there isn’t a lot. Medium body, not too big and slippery and oily and cumbersome as some. Quite fresh, just in at Piwoteka, best before Apr 20, 2011. chmurarz (649) - Legnica POLAND, POLAND - JAN 30, 2011
not filtered, non-pasturized, 0,5 l BOttle, no head, golden amber colour, a little bit hazy, aroma is realy nice, natural, a family brewery, taste is not so good though, a bit poor with a good deal of malt and caramellic background, all in all a good average beer but could be more carbonated Theis (15150) - Frederiksberg, DENMARK - AUG 9, 2010
