COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION

Etwas bitter, insgesamt sehr mild. Die Röstnoten verwässern zusehends, brotig. Okay. 7/6/7/7/9/7

It’s unclear brown with an orange hue and a huge, creamy head. The aroma has notes of yeast, caramel, fruit and what. The sweet flavor has notes of yeast (with a tiny hint of sourness), caramel, fruit and wheat, and in the finish is find yeast and licorice.

Dark amber/brownish color, very hazy, off-white creamy head. Sourly aroma, full of citrus notes. Flavor is quite sourly, notes of citrus and oranges, wheat and pepper. Astringent, sourly finish. Quite OK but to much citrus notes for a dark wheat in my opinion.
