Leighton (22307) - London, Greater London, ENGLAND - MAY 2, 2008
Dark, rich brown color. Slight head, light brown in color. Quite sweet with hints of chocolate and caramel (maybe even a little coffee or something). Sweet, malty flavor. Unfortunately, tonight is my last night in Prague so I probably won’t get to try one of these again for a while. Perhaps I’ll have one tomorrow morning before my flight. That sounds like a great idea.

Rasmus40 (21989) - Beder, Aarhus, DENMARK - APR 13, 2011
Clear dark brown with a beige head. Aroma is sweet malty and caramel. Flavor is quite sweet. Sweet finish. Watery. There’s not much to this beer except malty sweetness. 130910

Koelschtrinker (21489) - K?ln (Cologne), GERMANY - MAY 6, 2011
Leicht malziger Antrunk, schnell künstlich süß werdend. Pennetrant, künstlich, etwas herb. Etwas chemisch, schlecht trinkbar. Nix für mich... Test vom 21.9.2008, Gebinde: Glasflasche Noten: 12,6,7,6,9,6

fiulijn (21214) - Vancouver, British Columbia, CANADA - DEC 26, 2005
Dark amber color. Light aroma of malt, caramel, fudge. Weak body, with a sweetish taste, almost just caramel, and not bitter enough.

saxo (19522) - Højbjerg, Aarhus, DENMARK - DEC 23, 2005
Bottle. Dark with a fast disappearing head. Light malty, slighty fruity aroma. Short finish. Not much for hops. Refreshing

harrisoni (19336) - Ashford, Kent, ENGLAND - APR 10, 2006
50cl bottle. Ruby chestnut colour with thin beige head. Roasted toffee aroma, coffee and quite sweet. Thinnish in mouth with more toffee/coffee. Finish has more of the same. Fine if a tad sweet.

rlgk (18844) - Göteborg, SWEDEN - MAY 16, 2004
Amber with an offwhite head. Aroma is malty and slightly floral. Flavor is really malty and brings some cream.

Oakes (18836) - Vancouver, British Columbia, CANADA - NOV 26, 2000
Very smooth, but very bland. Touch of caramel notes........................

chrisv10 (18498) - DENMARK - SEP 9, 2011

TBone (18225) - Pori, FINLAND - FEB 7, 2004
UPDATED: APR 30, 2005 Draught
One of my alltime favourites in the pub. Perfect dark brown colour with good head. Taste is easily drinkable malty and sweet vanishing with the pleasure at the end. (7/5/8/5/18 4.3)
Re-rate, bottled (BB 11/2004)
Dark ruby, espresso head. Roasted malt, dark chocolate aroma. Medium-bodied, sweet and roasted palate with late carbonation. Some hoppy bitterness in oily aftertaste as well as the notes of toffee. (6/5/7/3/15 3.6)
Re-rated, can (BB 01/2006)
Dark ruby, nice tanned head. Caramelly and grassy nose. Easy to drink, sweetish with light hops. (6/4/7/4/14 3.5)
