Bierkrug (2130) - - NOV 20, 2010
UPDATED: NOV 22, 2010 500 ml bottle in Germany. Is a dark non see through chestnut color. Has a very full light brown head. Aroma is roasted malt carmel that tingels the nose. Taste has hints of smoke with strong nugget, and earth. Palate is very smooth and you almost miss it if your catch is not fast enough. A pleasure to drink. Very nice!

Dark, rich brown color. Slight head, light brown in color. Quite sweet with hints of chocolate and caramel (maybe even a little coffee or something). Sweet, malty flavor. Unfortunately, tonight is my last night in Prague so I probably won’t get to try one of these again for a while. Perhaps I’ll have one tomorrow morning before my flight. That sounds like a great idea.

Love it, great taste of Prague... Very delicate, with a taste of caramel, should be served in heavy glass stain (as in Prague).

Rich malt flavours balanced perfectly with rich blend of earthy hops. Delicious. Recommended

Excellent! Nice red-brown color, full head. Light drinking for a dark, not too sweet either. Could be stronger though. Had from bottle in Czech Rep.
