Taste is light to medium sweet, faint bitter and acidic towards the end. Body is oily with medium carbonation. Finish is short and soft. Some citrus, yeast and light spice. Faint chalky and metallic.

A very well tasting quality non-agressive christmas beer. The belgian yeast makes it even better.
