Drunk in draft at the brewery pub. Lightly hazed orange-gold, whiffs of fresh nutty malt, some herbal hop, and a light touch of diacetyl. Comforting residual sweetness balanced by just enough bitterness... very drinkable stuff and utterly Czech, the sort I could sit all afternoon and enjoy, but I wouldn’t mind just a tad more bitter bite.

On tap, Restaurant Symphonia, Prague. Slightly hazy amber/orange, creamy white head. Aroma malt, some citrus. Super light body. Good lacing. Taste bitter; hops, citruses. Pleasant bitter finish. Quite unusual beer for a Czech lager, as if crossed with a Belgian witbier.
