Here it’s reported as an heller bock. Taste, smell and appearance are absolutely the ones of a dunkel. brown, small beige head. Caramel and toffee aroma.
Dark coppery colored with little yellow head. Toffee and raisins dominate in this sweet aroma, some herbal hopped note also comes up. Medium bodied, somehow watery palate. Flavor is even more raisinny with some vinous note, herbal note lasts in aftertaste. rlgk (18847) - Göteborg, SWEDEN - AUG 13, 2009
50 cl bottle. Amber color, nice beige/yellowish head. Toffee aroma, roasted notes, milk, chocolate and some hops. Toffee flavor, roasted, some metal and with a nicely balanced bitterness. rickgordon (3874) - Göteborg, SWEDEN - JUL 13, 2009
Dark copper colour, off-white creamy head. Rich caramelly, toffee nose. Sweet malty in flavour with low levels of residual sugars, for a bock that is. Too much roast for the bock style and very little almondy maltiness. No chocolate. Lots of fruity esters. chmurarz (626) - Legnica POLAND, POLAND - JAN 10, 2009
ruby colour, midddlesized head, aroma is alcohol and caramel, taste is quite bitter, bit watery, sweet but not as caramelly as I had expected, wine note, hard to say anything more, average
