Butelka z datą: 26.01.2016
AROMAT: Średnio intensywny. Słody. W tle banan.
SMAK: Słodowe, lekko goryczkowe z niewielkim posmakiem bananowym.
WYGLĄD: Barwa złota, klarowne. Piana średniej wysokości.
OGÓLNIE: Cóż różnych rzeczy się spodziewałem, ale banana bym nie "wymyślił". Całość przeciętna.

Aroma: mostly diacetyl and malty. Some grassy notes in the end. Golden colour, nice head and some lacing as well. Taste is bittersweet. Firstly, malty and crispy and then a very pleasant, medium and grassy bitterness. Of course, diacetyl is decectable too. Medium carbonation, light to medium body. Simple, but good beer, a great example of Czech Pilsner.

0.5l bottle from a Terno supermarket in Olomouc. Golden or amberish colour, a bit darker than an average pilsner. Starts with a nice white head, although it goes away faster then it should. Aroma - although moderate as it should be with lagers - is seducing at first, flowers, grass, malt, honey, butter. Later some nasty aroma component is also detectable, reminds me to nail polish remover, but it is very hidden, so it is better than it sounds. Taste is bittersweet, well, closer to the sweety, malty end. Very seducing at times, but also rather simple. Palate is OK, moderate-weak carbonation, silky in the beginning, watery around the end. Moderate, neutral aftertaste, bit of bitterness, bit of sweet malt. Hard to judge this beer, very harmonic with hints of complexity at times, but then it has some faults and was rather dull in the end. Will get a second chance.

Butelka 0,5l kolor bursztynowy, klarowne, piana słaba, szybko zanika. Aromat trawiasty, przyjemny w smaku też trawiaste akcenty trochę zbyt mocne. Na podniebieniu niezbyt przyjemne, przeciętne piwo, duża goryczka.

500ml bottle (?, Prague)
Past BB, so being charitable. Crazy crazy diacetyl aroma - sweet and buttery, a bit milky. Pale, brief head. Palate a bit fizzy. Taste malty and buttery, malt loaf light. Nice bittering hops, a good tingle and throb. Pretty sure I would likethis fresh, but the Latvian aspects have taken over. Should rerate.

500ml bottle (random place, Prague). BB 16.06.2016. Slightly hazy amber color. Sourish, sweet, caramel, milky, grainy, diacetyl in aroma. Sour, grainy, metallic hops, sugary in taste. It’s old. High carbonation. Probably was quite drinkable when fresh. But now it’s old and lost it’s appeal. But still drinkable.

Piana dość bujna, zbita, ale raczej szybko opada. W aromacie subtelna trawiasta nutka chmielu, lekka nutka żelazista (też odchmielowa), oraz lekkie, słodowe akcenty, Generalnie niezbyt intensywny. W smaku całkiem rześkie, powtarzają się lekkie nuty żelaziste. Lekka, trawiasta goryczka. Fajne piwo stołowe.

Bottle 0,5. Pours orange with small white head. Aroma of sweet malts. Sweet taste of malts with hint of fruits and flowers, bitterness in the aftertaste. It’s like honey with bitterness. Light body and soft carbonation.

500ml bottle [Thanks Gunnar!]. Clear, orangey golden colour with small, frothy, half-way lasting, minimally lacing, off-white head. Slightly doughy, pale malty aroma. Taste is minimally sweet pale malty, slighty doughy and bready, mild, weakly bitter hoppy overtones, cautious malt spiciness; super soft palate.
