Clear dark straw pour, big head, some lace. Sour corny aroma. Gross sour flavor, very thick, phlegmy mouthfeel, some fizziness. Some sickly sweet caramel flavor, but too much, sickeningly sweet. Pretty gross, I’m drunk enough that it doesn’t really matter...

This is, hands down, the worst beer I’ve ever tasted, and I’ve had some bad ones. We passed this one around to see if anyone could stomach more than a taste, and we couldn’t. I was afraid to pour it down the drain for fear of what it would do to my plumbing. I would have preferred nice bottle of OE. Angeloregon (2055) - Portland, Oregon, USA - SEP 25, 2008
AKA the Boogie Man--This beer is another nasty alcoholic bomb for boozing Ruskies. Sticky sweet maltiness that develops to an overbearing cloyingness quickly. Turbonic body (lots of chunkies). Pretty horrible. tedovertu (298) - Apple Valley, Minnesota, USA - AUG 7, 2008
No long lines for this beer if you know what I mean. It’s aroma and appearance are not bad. Its flavor and palate is horrible. Decent head that has no lacing. Hazy body with medium sized particulates. Light amber/yellow body. Sweet metallic start to finish. Worst mouth feel. I love JPDIPSO description hits it directly on the nose. Yuck!! phishpond417 (2088) - Madison, Wisconsin, USA - AUG 3, 2008
I hope I had a bad bottle, because it was absolute drain pour, watery piss, liver wasting crap. Im usually not that negative when it comes to beer, but oh man- how can this brewery stay in business?? It was absolutely awful. Golden, orange like a peepee colour. No lacing, resembled like Mr. Clean. Aroma was strong alcohol fumes, cedar or pine trees. Taste was like vodka beer vodka mix. Yikes...no thank you. Someone pass me a budweiser.....seriously.

Pour is light golden with very big white head. Overcarbonated body with a bit of a syrupy feel. Aroma is sweet and metallic. Taste is very sweet and alcoholic with corn and malt. This brew is not well balanced at all. Says it is pale but has no hops to hide the alcohol. Not good. Won’t buy again. ampp (155) - Cleveland, Ohio, USA - MAR 20, 2008
nice copper color. head disappears quickly. malty taste with a bite to it. the aftertaste is not good. a little too syrupy. not terrible, but nothing special. Guerde (1297) - Leuven, BELGIUM - JAN 25, 2008
(bottle thanks OSLO?) Pours amber with a white head that faded to nothing in a short time. Very sweet/alcoholic/medicinal aroma that isn’t really that good at all. The taste is cloyingly sweet with light raisin, brown sugar, and a large amount of alcohol along with a metallic taste. This was fairly disgusting. jgb9348 (6482) - Arlington (Pentagon City), Virginia, USA - JAN 24, 2008
Super clear golden coloured body with light copper hues and no head at all. Aroma of fresh malt, strong alcohol, metal, apricots and even a little bit of lemon pledge. Medium-bodied; Super strong flavoured malt taste with little else except metal and more alcohol. VERY strong and definitely huge in the taste & palate. Overall, not recommended at all, unless you really like deep strong malt liquors. Tough to stomach all of the alcohol flavours in this one! I sampled this 500 mL bottle purchased from Sam’s Warehouse Liquors in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma on 23-January-2008. badgerben (5328) - Blaine, Minnesota, USA - JAN 20, 2008
Mmmm... 99 cent Soviet Lager... Gold color with a medium head. Clean, yeasty aroma with cinnamon. Very bready and yeasty flavor. Slightly cheesy and a bit of sour milk. Sweet corn. Yeah, this is like most of the Russian Lagers I’ve had. Yikes.
