ClubGonzo (5647) - Bergen, NORWAY - OCT 13, 2011
Bottle from Fenaknoken, Oslo. Pale green-ish lager body, small creamy head. Pale malts and dusty hops to the nose, hints of grains. Taste is sweet grainy malts, dusty hops and some severely spoiling metallic hints. Not the best, even for a dreaded genre like "classic German pilsener"...

Jonb5 (531) - Greater London, ENGLAND - AUG 24, 2011
Half litre Bottle, fairly large head, went quickly. Nice golden colour, not many bubbles, very clear. Slight red cabbage aroma. Tasted hints of nut as with many beers from the region. Slightly too bitter for my tastebuds. Had a lot more gas than I expected. Overall a solid pils but very much a fresh sharp tasting one. Ok but wont seek out again.

tfredvik (1884) - Oslo, NORWAY - AUG 8, 2011
Pours a very pale light yellow body with a rapidly diminishing medium white head, poor lacing. Faint sweet malty aroma, very subtle fruity hints. Light sweet, medium bitter and light sour taste. Medium sourish bitter aftertaste. Medium carbonation, light body, a bit metallic feel. Nah.

Bottle from Maruhn
Pale blond color. Corn-ish, paper and cereals aroma, corn-ish paper and cereals flavor; strong bitterness in this desert. Too simple.

Maria (10213) - Thisted, DENMARK - JUN 18, 2011
Its golden with a creamy, white head. The aroma has notes of flower, malt, straw and light butterscotch. The flavour has a light sweetness and the same notes as the aroma. The finish is dry with light notes of butterscotch.

Koelschtrinker (19438) - Kln (Cologne), GERMANY - MAY 18, 2011
7/10/9/9/10/9

Bottle. Golden clear, nice white head. Smells of roasted malts and some fruitiness. Taste is dry and opens up with malts and caramel. The palate is also pretty dry with an intense bitterness. I really didnt expect that hop power from a germen pilsener. Nice

Bottle that I picked up from the brewery, June 2010, consumed at Shrewsbury Folk Festival 29.08.10 Poured golden with a touch of haze. Some cereal on nose but there is a touch of the metallic about it as well both on nose and in the mouth. Its also a little sweet but a pleasant beer. A6 A4 T7 P4 Ov13 3.4
