Bottled (BB 01/2010).
Tnx Timo A. Clear golden color, steady small white head, lace. Fresh grassy hoppy nose, slight butterness. Flavor is also very strong "green grassy" and fresh. Slightly lemony. One-dimensional in its hoppyness, but refreshing and solid.

pivnizub (10618) - Bochum, Porúří, GERMANY - OCT 26, 2008
Bottle: Golden, quickly diminishing white fluffy head; dusty nose with a delicate ’woody’ hoppy background; moderate to solid bitter-sweet flavour, light bodied; sweet grainy malty - a fruity touch included - finish with a moderate bitter-hoppy tail. Pleasant Pils...........

Dedollewaitor (16158) - Odense, DENMARK - JUL 7, 2008
Tap @ gasthaus Wurzburg, Germany. Clear gold with a creamy stable white head. Bitter dry & grassy. Perfumy taste. A bit harsh. Watery palate.

Quack-Duck (9484) - Down South, GERMANY - JUN 6, 2008
bottle, thanks to Bochum. Clear golden yellow, large white head, which is very persistent. Grainy, solid malty base ad intensively hoppy, grassy and resiny with shy hints of hay. Very hoppy, dry mouthfeel.

couchand (182) - Iowa City, Iowa, USA - MAR 17, 2008
Much too sweet for a pilsner, also too thick. Creamy head, quickly disappearing. Some Sulfur. A little hop bite, not as pronounced as should be.

leaparsons (10546) - Wigston, Leicestershire, ENGLAND - SEP 13, 2007
Bottle. Golden with a white foam. Aromas are herbal and dry with citrus. Some hay with clean hops. Flavours are grain and light corn with citrus and herbal notes. Dry and clean on the finish.

SilkTork (5738) - Southampton, United Kingdom, Hampshire, ENGLAND - AUG 5, 2007
500ml bottle from BeersOfEurope. A soft creamy lager with some bitter hops. Quite a yellowish colour. Hop bitterness gradually intensifies. Suggestion of butter about the malt which is otherwise undistinguished and rather vague. This is similar in taste to some of the hoppy lagers from the Czech Republic. It’s simply a bitterness - little that’s actually pleasant or interesting about it. This is not to my taste.

bierkoning (13352) - La Tropica/Doarp, NETHERLANDS - JUN 25, 2006
Very light apple aroma. Malty, hoppy, dusty, grassy, flowery, slightly medecinal flavor. Just below medium bodied. Short finish.

MoritzF (9901) - Ottobrunn, GERMANY - MAY 15, 2006
(from the tap) Clear yellow colour with a mid-sized white foam. Aromatic herbal and grassy hops aroma, slightly citric. Very bitter flavour, light to medium body, well-carbonated, crispy mouthfeel. Nice hops-accented taste with a light but present maltiness; dry and almost astringent bitter hoppy finish. Liked it much accompanying a meal at Dettelbach, Franconia.
