COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION

[email protected] 3rd Year Anniversary Week, Copenhagen - pours gold with a white head. Aroma and taste is grassy and grainy, lemon, straw, doughy bready malt, grassy bitter close.

Aroma; mild soft hops, pilsner malt with honey-toffee notes, bread, syrup. Look; off white head, clear light golden beer. Taste; mild hops, bread, tart, malts the czech sweet way as buttery caramel - mild tail. Feel; very easy gentle. Overall; all notes of a czech pilsner, I think. [@Taphouse Copenhagen]

Bottle. Pours golden with a white head. Aroma of malt extract, sugary-caramel, light citrus, light fruity feel. Taste is light bitter, light sweet, slight dusty. Generic, slight hay.

Roughly frothy and light golden beer. Good hoppy aroma. The taste has a pretty good malt sweetness and a lovely gentle hop bitterness that does not take over the aforementioned malt sweetness, therefore keep long in the finish. Very ’German’ in its expression and actually an quite nice lager,

Keg. Clear pale yellow with s small white head. Light flowers and sugar in the nose. The flavour is very metallic, like coins, and that pretty much takes the focus. There is some honey, green hops, grass and hay behind it, and I think it could be a fair deal if the metallic thing was not present. Medium body, light sweet, fine bitter finish.

DraftDodger (1524) - Copenhagen, DENMARK - FEB 22, 2015
Copenhagen 7/10 2014. 50 cl bottle from DagliBrugsen in Nysted. Pours clear yellow with substantial white head which slowly subsides. Malty slightly bland aroma. Soft prickly mouthfeel - below average carbonation. Pretty bitter dry taste. A bit like a Czech pilsner. Ok on a hot summerday.

Bottle. Hazy yellow beer with a creamy head that disaappears medium fast. Aroma is slightly spicy and fresh, but with a bit metallic odour as well. Taste has a good sweetness and maybe very little essense of smoke otherwise quite boring.
