50 cL bottle, courtesy of Papsoe. Pours dark brown with a small redish glare and a diminished tan head. Mild roasted and butterish aroma. Light bodied. Smooth roasted and towards dark breadish flavoured with dry bitterness showing through. Ends breadish and roasted malty. Nice and easy.

Ungstrup (38592) - Citizen of the universe, DENMARK - NOV 19, 2009
Bottled. A red-brown beer with a thin tan head. The aroma has notes of malt, caramel as well as lighter notes of roasted malt and berries. The flavor is sweet with notes of malt, straw, and roasted malt, leading to a dry bitter finish. The body is a bit thin.

Bottled@Fonefan (Bottle bought in Citymarket Kupittaa, Turku). Deep amber/ruby colour, mediumsized beige head. Aroma is caramel malts, some hops and mild fruityness. Flavour is grassy, hoppy, caramel malty as well as quite strong on wood. Easy-to-drink and unoffensive.

Bottled, from GuangZhou, GuangDong, China. Dark brown, rich firm head. Caramelly nose. Sweet with fairly light body and rounded somewhat sticky mouthfeel, Toffee and paper, slight coffee. Low hop rate and almost non-existant bitterness. Simple.

15th December 2011<br.Bloody great Stein of the stuff in the Bavarian Beerhouse, Crutched Friars. Dark red brown beer, small white head. Mildly crisp and mildly dry. A light touch of dark malt with traces of licorice and toffee. Mild fruity hop and mild minerals. Altogether quite a mild dark lager. Semi dry finish. Was decent enough to distract me from the godawful food and ooompah racket! For awhile at least!

Koelschtrinker (21828) - K?ln (Cologne), GERMANY - MAY 18, 2011
Säuerlich-herber Antrunk, bei dem man kaum merkt, dass es ein Dunkles ist. Später wenig (!) malzig, süffig, höchstens malzig angehaucht. Lasches Dunkles ohne Hintergrund. Danke an kappldav123. 8/7/7/7/8/7

On tap at Oaka. Dark brown Cola type colour. Thin beige head. Oxidised aroma. Poor. In fact undrinkable. Oxidised thin chocolate. Rubbish.

Sampled at Viti, pours a clear brown. Aroma of light roasted malts. Flavour of the same, with some light caramel and toast notes. Pretty weak and watery, but drinkable.
