Why should we strive constantly to try to improve an already excellent flavor ever? It is one of our strengths, we can recognize that when a product perfected and completed in flavor. We believe in modern continuity and stability as strengths of Krombacher - constant in quality, resistant to the taste. An achievement that we will not sacrifice lightly. The Christmas Song tells the quietly resting at sea, as we feel it with our beer. In peace lies both the strength and the indulgence.

Nature has provided us with its mountain spring water richly rewarded. We also feel this as a mandate and responsibility to consider also Krombacher Pils as a gift and preserve this jewel of nature pure. The mountain spring water is the most important component for the unique quality and distinctive taste experience of a Krombacher lager. A Krombacher stands for naturally fresh beer enjoyment and a fine, spicy aroma. How many generations in the future, our passion is the preservation of this achievement.

Full bodied pilsner. The carbonateed bubbles rise through the glass the entire time while drinkng the beer. Flavor of hay, accented with orange and a hint of banana.

Nothing exciting, and nothing offensive. Pale gold body with a sudsy white head. Mild, sweet aroma...not bad. Medium mouthfeel with decent carbonation. The falavor isnt bad at all. Overall sweet and mild with just a touch of hoppy bite at the end. Drinkable.

Draught at the Haggerston. Blond coloured with white head. Nothing out of the ordinary! Aroma is creamy, malty, not much but a little bit of hops. Tastes as you would expect, quite malty and grainy. Crisp and quite drinkable but really nothing that exciting.

33 cl bottle @ home. golden with a firm with head. The foam is so dense its almost fatty. I love those German foams... Hoppy malty aroma. Crisp clean flavour with a pleasantly bitter hopaftertaste.

UPDATED: MAR 12, 2015 Clear gold with a small, fizzy white head.Nice bready aroma with floral and citrusy noble hops. Pretty solid flavor, similar to the aroma. A little more than balancing bitterness on the finish. Excellent German pils, doesnt get enough credit.

Taster at Le Saint-Bock. Pale yellow pils with a decent head. Grainy nose and lager malts with faint floral hops. Very light taste. Again, grains and low hop flavors. Maybe some grass and flowers. One dimensional mouthfeel. Weak hop bitterness from start to finish. Easy to drink but not so good and maybe not so fresh.

Bottle 33cl. Pours a clear golden colour with a normal size head and normal carbonation. Aroma is hoppy and rather dry. Taste is also dry and typical german pilsener Id say, not bad.
