COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Why should we strive constantly to try to improve an already excellent flavor ever? It is one of our strengths, we can recognize that when a product perfected and completed in flavor. We believe in modern continuity and stability as strengths of Krombacher - constant in quality, resistant to the taste. An achievement that we will not sacrifice lightly. The Christmas Song tells the quietly resting at sea, as we feel it with our beer. In peace lies both the strength and the indulgence.

Nature has provided us with its mountain spring water ® richly rewarded. We also feel this as a mandate and responsibility to consider also Krombacher Pils as a gift and preserve this jewel of nature pure. The mountain spring water ® is the most important component for the unique quality and distinctive taste experience of a Krombacher lager. A Krombacher stands for naturally fresh beer enjoyment and a fine, spicy aroma. How many generations in the future, our passion is the preservation of this achievement.

edpeg (904) - Berlin, GERMANY - MAY 3, 2012
Pours pale yellow clear body with white creamy head. Aromas include hops, malts, grains and hay. Palate is soft medium bodied, with lively smooth carbonation and mouthfeel. Aftertaste sweet malts and medium long hops finish. Overall basic Pils with nice medium bitter hoppy finish. Drinkable.

Lowenbrau (4309) - Asturias, SPAIN - APR 24, 2012
UPDATED: MAY 19, 2012 330 ml Bottle.Cereal and yeast aromas, pour bright golden, with fine white head, non persistent. Light bodied, high carbonated, clear, tastes moderatelly bitter with some notes of hop resins. Average pilsner, a classic one. Tasted on tap often also, much fresher.

3.1
mansquito (6440) - Nueva York, New York, USA - APR 21, 2012
Total Wine & More, Fairfax 330ml: Pours a golden color with a white head. Aroma is light hops, vegetables, a hint of skunk, and yeah, normal lager smells. Taste is pretty good. Nice and crisp beer. Very drinkable and not offensive, but as expected, this is not the world’s most interesting beer.

2.4
dnoaksson (827) - , SWEDEN - APR 20, 2012

2.9
Bullit (4637) - Burgos, SPAIN - APR 18, 2012
Bottle from Carrefour. Clear pale yellow colour, white head. Nose is light hoppy, bit grassy, some sweet malts. Flavour is grassy, bit grainy. Clean. Fairly bitter finish.

MalcolmTucker (924) - SCOTLAND - APR 16, 2012
Bottle from Brauhaus. Pale gold with white head. Typical german pilsner, well executed but a style that offers nothing but dull consistency.

vipinvelp (4441) - Velp, NETHERLANDS - APR 15, 2012
Clear golden yellow with pure white foam head. Foam is lasting, nice. Somewhat carbonated but bitter hop taste and pure, some spices. A German beer. (Velp, 201201)

3.6
ronaldtheriot (1937) - Laplace, Louisiana, USA - APR 13, 2012
Krombacher Pils has a very thick, white head and a clear, sparkling, yellow-golden appearance, with lots of splotchy lacing left on the glass. The aroma is slight, with some light bread and grassy sweetness. Taste is of pale barley malt, sweetness, and a mild hop bitterness. Mouthfeel is light, and Krombacher finishes crisp, clean, refreshing, and mostly dry. Overall, this is a wonderful beer. RJT

hellbilly (3249) - scottsdale über alles, Arizona, USA - APR 9, 2012
bottle produced 4/5/11 sampled 9/6/11 at azwine. bright golden yellow with a pillowy white head. big pils grainy aroma with notes of straw and cut grass. there is also a roasted corn/vegetal thing in the back even though im almost positive corn is not an ingredient. the flavor is a harsh version of the aroma...mixed with chalk/calcium/odd minerality and the flavor of the water corn cobs get blanched in .... but an intense reduction of that water. not very good... 6/3/4/3/13
