Why should we strive constantly to try to improve an already excellent flavor ever? It is one of our strengths, we can recognize that when a product perfected and completed in flavor. We believe in modern continuity and stability as strengths of Krombacher - constant in quality, resistant to the taste. An achievement that we will not sacrifice lightly. The Christmas Song tells the quietly resting at sea, as we feel it with our beer. In peace lies both the strength and the indulgence.

Nature has provided us with its mountain spring water ® richly rewarded. We also feel this as a mandate and responsibility to consider also Krombacher Pils as a gift and preserve this jewel of nature pure. The mountain spring water ® is the most important component for the unique quality and distinctive taste experience of a Krombacher lager. A Krombacher stands for naturally fresh beer enjoyment and a fine, spicy aroma. How many generations in the future, our passion is the preservation of this achievement.

Was super thirsty, and although I had a backpack full of high-potency Belgos from Ambrosetti’s, wanted a cold beer on the train out of Berlin. Could not have been more disappointed. Watery, lawn-mower beer with a waft of bitter hops at the finish (not elegant hops like a recent draft Bitburger). Even in a moment of dire thirst, it was hard to choke down - - a real chug-only with no redeeming charms. I’m sticking to Jever, KöPi, and maybe Bit or Radeberger if I have to drink pils from now on.

Good start, a little bit bitter in a good way. Not so sensible aroma. Nice appearance. Finish still bitter but not in a good way this time.

A few bottles at The VYNL during the company Christmas party. Soft crisp palate backed by notes of gentle grains, sweet malt and crackery pils. A touch sweet, but mightve been a bit old.

Verging on a lager more than an ale. Very tasty nonetheless but it isn’t to my normal taste. I would buy again but perhaps best for summer. ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

UPDATED: NOV 16, 2017 Ljust halmgul med tjockt vitt skum. Torr, brödig, lite söt doft. Smaken mellanfyllig, tämligen söt och torr. Eftersmaken hyggligt lång, lite söt med beska på slutet.

JaBier (8396) - Capital City, Ohio, USA - NOV 15, 2017
Can. Pours clear gold with a thick white head. Aroma of malt, lager yeast and crisp noble hops. Sweet malt and lager yeast flavor with a crisp hop finish.

dzenkalpic (95) - TURKEY - NOV 14, 2017
Tatlı koku, normal asitlik. Köpüğü fazla. Malt tadı alınmasının yanında şekerli bir yapısı var.
