Why should we strive constantly to try to improve an already excellent flavor ever? It is one of our strengths, we can recognize that when a product perfected and completed in flavor. We believe in modern continuity and stability as strengths of Krombacher - constant in quality, resistant to the taste. An achievement that we will not sacrifice lightly. The Christmas Song tells the quietly resting at sea, as we feel it with our beer. In peace lies both the strength and the indulgence.

Nature has provided us with its mountain spring water ® richly rewarded. We also feel this as a mandate and responsibility to consider also Krombacher Pils as a gift and preserve this jewel of nature pure. The mountain spring water ® is the most important component for the unique quality and distinctive taste experience of a Krombacher lager. A Krombacher stands for naturally fresh beer enjoyment and a fine, spicy aroma. How many generations in the future, our passion is the preservation of this achievement.

Bottle. Grassy aroma. Yellowy-copper color with a white head. The flavor was sweet and malty. The mouthfeel was a little bit sticky. Not great, not bad.

UPDATED: FEB 19, 2018 Wonderful malt flavors. Like a good euro Heineken. Great color, thin head. Low fine carbonation. Nice above-average lager.

Aurelius (5691) - Tallahassee, Florida, USA - JAN 28, 2018
Pale straw gold pour with a tall icy head in a weizenglas. Fairly standard longneck, functional label. Cereal aroma. Hmm - not as hoppy as I'd expect for a pils. Sweet, lagery, low bittering. Pretty clean eurolager, but it loses carbonation and it's just not that crisp. Not offensive, just very average. ABC Liquors, Bull Run.

Good start, a little bit bitter in a good way. Not so sensible aroma. Nice appearance. Finish still bitter but not in a good way this time.

A few bottles at The VYNL during the company Christmas party. Soft crisp palate backed by notes of gentle grains, sweet malt and crackery pils. A touch sweet, but mightve been a bit old.

Verging on a lager more than an ale. Very tasty nonetheless but it isn’t to my normal taste. I would buy again but perhaps best for summer. ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone
