Bright reddish amber appearance with medium head. Malty aroma, sweet taste, weak palate. Average Amber Lager style beer. Kita (2301) - Koper, SLOVENIA - AUG 27, 2013
Canned, 0.50l. Clear amber color with medium frothy tan-like head, fair lacing and normal visible carbonation. Aroma of moderate malt, moderate floral hops, light yeast, sour cherry, raisins, plums, vanilla and alcohol. Taste starts with heavy worty sweetness, then followed by caramel, ripe fruits and dandelion syrup. Finish is light bitter, but alcohol notes and sweetness prevails in long and upleasant aftertaste. Medium body, syrupy texture and lively carbonation in palate. Aroma and appearance are promising, but what comes thenafter, ruins it all - way over too sweet... 500ml can from a French supermarket on the drive home from Marseille. A tasty amber or Vienna lager with typical bready malt and lingering malty sweetness. Low hops. Tasty. Being quite strong aids the malt flavour and body. This is an all round tasty, easy drinking and satisfying beer. Not bad for a cheap can. Mariusz (12300) - Baden-Baden, GERMANY - NOV 6, 2012
