Kronenbourg is one of those beers that I couldve lived my whole life and been OK with not trying. It was quite simply nothing special. If I want a brand tasteless pale lager, I can go to my local cheap beer. Absolutely nothing special beer.

Bottled. A golden beer with a thin beige head. The aroma has very light notes of malt as well as spices. The flavor is sweet with notes of malt and spices. The body is thin. Thanks yespr for sharing.

(bottle, 25cl, thanks to Quack-Duck for all the Frenchies) Clear, golden colour with a short foamy white head. Sweet, slightly corny and perfumed malty nose. Sweet and shy bitter flavour, light bodied with a slightly harsh carbonation. Watery pale malty body, slightly corny taste with traces of hops in the background; slim and short, also slightly fizzy finish. 07.I.10

Bouteille (Merci, Mr. Quack-Duck!): Clear, golden, some foamy isles; mineral-water, cardboard and straw in the nose; delicate sweetish flavour, watery MF; sweetish flavours and the taste of mineral-water in the finish. Apres la degustation de cette biere reste une seule question: POURQUOI............????????

0.25 bottle from Auchan Illkirch-Graffenstaden. Clear yellow colour, large white head. Aroma? I can hardly smell anything, perhaps some sweetcorn and fruit. Very light-bodied, slightly malty and hoppy with hints of sweetcorn, apple and a shy touch of mint (?). A beer not to savor, but to refresh yourself.

Scent of sour mash, lemon juice, and B.O. from someone on the bus. Pours all right, looks appetizing enough. Has a very weak and watery flavour - some barley, slight citrus note, lots of water. Pretty close to water, actually.

Botella. Drank it in the subway in Paris. Clear deep golden. Aroma of some fruit and malt with a soft sweetness. Fair mouthfeel. Mild sweet fruitiness with some malt and a little bitterish touch. Refreshing.
