On tap at the brewpub. Leicht trübes goldgelbes Bier mit einer geringen weißen schaumkrone. Geruch leicht getreidig, floral hopfig. Geschmack sehr hopfig, grasig, floral bitter, milder Abgang.

Maria (10212) - Thisted, DENMARK - MAY 6, 2013
Tap at the brewpub. It’s heavily hazy golden with a creamy and lasting head. The aroma has notes of bread, flower and malt. The flavor has a light to moderate sweetness and notes of frehs baked bread and beer, flower, light straw and malt, and the finish is slightly dry.

Frisch hefig-getreidiger Antrunk mit zunehmender Intensität. So wirkt der Hopfen eher hintergrünsig aber passende, die Herbe bleibt konstant und eher gering. Süffig, hopfig, aromatisch getreidig. Hopfiger Ausklang. 8/11/11/12//11

On tap at the brewpub in Bad Homberg, Germany. Pours a cloudy gold with a soft frothy head. Aroma is hops, malt and light fruit. Taste is a clean and very correct Helles. A bit dry but on the mark. Palate ends lightly sweet but very nice.

2011-10-02, draught at the brauhaus, 7-3-7-2-14=33
Hazy blond color. The aroma is fresh, with nice malt and grassy hop. Good malt flavor, with some grainy crispness, very light residual sweetness, and correct bitterness (but not too aromatic hopping). Pleasant.

2010-09-10, draught at the brauhaus, 6-3-6-2-12=29
Cloudy deep blond color. Light aroma of malt and hop. Light malt flavor, just a hint above a commercial beer; correct bitterness, but no evident hop qualities. Drinkable, correctly brewed, but boring.

MoritzF (9901) - Ottobrunn, GERMANY - AUG 10, 2010
(on tap at the brewpub) Hazy, pale golden colour with a short frothy white layer. Yeasty and sweet worty malt-aroma with shy herbal notes. Sweet and yeasty and quite greenish worty taste; lively carbonated mouthfeel with a sweet malt-accented finish. Once again the typical German brewpub malt soup. 29.IV.08

(Draught at the Brauhaus) Shady orange color, small white head. Nice malty and hoppy scent. Hoppy bitter herbal taste, very fresh and nice. Medium mouthfeel, medium high bitterness.
