Pinball (12601) - Copenhagen, DENMARK - APR 11, 2011
can, vintage, bbf 07052009 clear yellow, large fluffy white head. Fresh malty, slightly floral aroma. Like a pils, but a little sweeter. No notes of aged beer or stale hops. Perhaps can lagering is more effective than bottle lagering? Flavor is malty, slightly citrussy and fruity (likely aging kicking in) no stale hops at all in the flavor too. Perhaps it had not much hops to begin with? starts flowery, middel flavor is malty sweetish , yet end is quite dry with notes of alc, and a slight fresh flowery note to balance the dryness. I’ll rerate this when i get a fresh can.

Can. A golden beer with a thin white head. The aroma has notes of malt as well as lighter skunky notes of brewing cereal. The flavor is sweet malty combined with lighter skunky notes of brewing cereal. The body is light. Thanks yespr for sharing.

500ml can (Systembolaget, Stockholm)
Poured deliberately to pull the biggest head possible, and it was quite a persistent mound. Aroma really quite spicy - hoppy and gingery. I’m shocked, I expected dire blandness. The taste was closer to my expectations, which was a letdown. It’s pretty grassy, possibly the grassiest beer I’ve tasted. However, it’s not unpleasant. You can tell it’s made fom beer ingredients, which is better than most low-carb lagers. (Most of which are abominable.) 50% less carbs also meant 50% less approval from the sauna stones, but it was still OK.

Can 50cl. @ home.
Clear light to medium yellow color with a average to large, frothy, good lacing, mostly lasting, white to off-white head. Aroma is moderate malty, grain, paper, cabbage water notes. Flavor is moderate sweet and light light bitter with a average duration. Body is light to medium, texture is watery, carbonation is soft. [20090131]

Finn (8305) - Tromsø, NORWAY - APR 29, 2009
Can 0,5l. Pale golden colored with a large creamy head. Modest metallic aroma. Too carbonated. Soft watery flavor with sticky malt. KI=6.

Maria (10211) - Thisted, DENMARK - APR 5, 2009
It is golden with a white head. The aroma is light, with light notes of malt, flower and vegetables. The flavour has sweetness and notes of malt, light caramel and vegetables. Being a low-carb, it is OK, but otherwise boring.
