COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION

Maltas Especiales: Pilsen, Caramelo 120-150
Lúpulos: Magnum, Cascade, Glacier

Smått kryddig smak, absolut inte så blaskig som förväntat. Smått smakrik och helt ok, men ingen stor grej. Viss beska

Bottle 330ml.

Clear medium yellow orange colour with a large, frothy to creamy, good lacing, fully lasting, off-white to white head. Aroma is moderate malty, toasted, sour hay - grass, light hoppy, sour grass - hay. Flavour is moderate sweet with a average to long duration, acrid sweet, harsh, rotten vegetables. Body is medium, texture is oily to watery, carbonation is soft. [20111008]

Bottle from Bierland in Hamburg. My first beer from Chile. Clear dark golden with a medium white head. A simple beer but quite ok. Aroma and taste of sweet malt and some fruit.

This one is such a full and faultless ale. Gentle and yet well rounded in the mouth. There is a fresh and slightly sweet taste. This is a nice one for summer. A beautiful soft beer that is well crafted. Deep golden colour and nice head when poured from the bottle. I was not expecting a beer from Chile to be this good, but this, is simply great to drink.

Nice gentle golden amber ale. Difficult to fault. A bit sweet but very nice all round.

Nice suprise this one. Not a whole lot going on, and rather too sweet, but this is an well-made, easy-drinking ale. The finish is very pleasant, silky smooth. I can’t believe this came from Chile.

From Brewery Creek. Sure enough looks like an amber ale, with a thin ivory head. The faint aroma does feature malt as does the taste, although it is rather sweeter than I’d like. Mouth is smooth, with an acceptable finish. Really, a pleasant surprise.

Amber. some bits in suspension. Tight creamy head. Cereal and citrus nose. Thin body. Honeyed apples with some hops at the finish. Not an adventurous beer but promising stuff.

UPDATED: MAR 1, 2010 Above average. Cloudy gold appearance, not as sweet as most local (or macro) alternatives. Some hops and a long bitter end, in spite of a light body. Pretty decent summer ale.

Bottle. Nice surprise. Aromas of apple, and malt. Flavour is sweet with a touch of bitterness, average duration. Palate is oily, thin-medium bodied. Amber colour, with a thin fizzy head.
